When Tomas Cruz did it on 1, 2 and 4 congas I could follow, but not on 3. This video breaks it down nicely and makes it quite understandable. Thanks!

Perhaps he can teach us from your channel here about his strategy or tricks to orchestrate congas and/or bongos along with the drummer in modern music, especially the latin jazz music. Thanks before.

Yes, they are Cuban Sonocs. First you had Songo and from here Timba developed....
