A way to fix a Keurig My K-Cup that leaks water around the top

On the top the drip needle has a silicone seal that can easily be slipped off. Those lower 'ribs' on it may wear out over time. Replacements can be purchased (Google Keurig Seal). Alternatively one could purchase a common plumbing rubber seat of the right size (~1/8" or 3 mm inside hole, outside diameter ~3/8" or 10 cm by 1/8" or 3 cm thick) and after removing the existing seal place it above the existing seal and the existing seal back.

my reusable k-cups worked great for many months but has now started to leak out the top, you can see the top lid pops open. Sometimes I can snap the lid shut and resume, but the machine pours really slow, dribbles. I think this might be my problem too, not enough pressure or seal at the top to hold it down. Has no issues with regular k-cups, only the reusable ones.

Replace the o-ring thats around the puncture needle thats up under the hood cover. Over time it deforms from heating and cooling. Glue has petroleum in it, not very healthy.

I am having the same thing where the stream is not steady and it seems to leak underneath all over the place. So what size is that O-Ring washer thing?

Not 100% sure of the size. I'd suggest taking the lid to Lowe's or HD and picking out a rubber washer that bests fits the lid. The o-ring I used was from an assortment I had on hand.

I think keurig fixed this problem. They released a new My K Kuo that comes with a washer inside the k kuo.

This looks like a good fix and will try it but also my Keurig feels like it has gained a little weight inside of it from excess water. Thoughts?

These typically do store some water in the internal heating tank. These work kinda like an electric water heater.

I have a Supreme whose my cup has the 5 holes on the top, doing the same thing. Water or coffee dripping out around the k cup holder

With my leak I'm noticing that the k cup USD open. Would that be why it's leaking? And what would be causing it to open while dispensing?
