I've always wanted to make this. Looks so yummy. I use these ingredients plus a couple others for my refrigerator pickles. I finally ditched my mandolin and got a food slicer/chopper thing. Never have to get near the blade. I'm going to use your method. Thx.

I have to try my cucumber salad with onion now 🥒+🧅. Until now I took cucumber, garlic, olive oil and lemon juice and salt&pepper. That's very tasty, too. Best wishes from Austria 🇦🇹 I love your recipes very much 😊

I make this using monk fruit sweetener for a low carb version. I thought the mandolin came with a guard to help prevent accidents.

Why would every cucumber recipe have sugar in it? It should be a healthy salad not a dessert.
