After watching like 20 videos that didn’t apply to what I wanted this truly seems like it does the trick. I need to food prep and cucumbers in circles is important to me! My only reservation is I don’t have a dishwasher and anything with too many parts or where things get extra messy seem like a no go for me. Advice?

Cleaning is fast even by hand. Just wash everything in warm soapy water and rinse 😀

What is the width of the large mouth because we have the giant 11 quarts that’s not made anymore and it is 2 3/4 wide which I need for pickling cucumbers sometimes Also, can it cut with a disk that can get to 1/4 inch thickness of slices Do they even make something like that? 11 quart does not have a continuous feed shoot so I am really in a jam here because emptying this thing while I process 220 pounds of cucumbers is insanity !!!! I hope I get an answer timely fashion, but I’m off to go shopping I may get the Robo Coupe i stead
