How often do people request the short ribs? Seems like those are a consistent one! Do you offer a menu of things you have typically made and then they OK it or are you talking with them, seeing what they want, and perhaps steering them towards things if they don’t know what they want?

Seriously, they have so many options to choose from from short ribs, all kinds of different steak options, Italian options, California fusion options, etc. People go with what they know and what they’re comfortable with. They also have to find an item that is going to please most people. I offer a variety of different proteins to substitute, but they always go the same direction. It’s been like that for the past 13 years of me doing business. It’s crazy and I wish they would pick something else. I’ve almost taken it off my menu, but it’s a great money maker and a huge crowd pleaser
