​@@franklingoodwin In all fairness they are both ridiculous. However storyline-wise the Judy Bagwell angle at least made some level of sense, since it was part a feud that involved Buff Bagwell. Sort of a "I got your mom to come spank you boy" kind of moment, but shit like this has no business involving titles. The Strowman angle at best was just "I am such a beast I can win the titles with a child", i mean it could have been a celebrity, it could have been the biggest jobber in the company, it could have even been Braun winning it solo, it was a damn kid. Having said that, both made me want to puke.

Sable helped revive the Women's Title because of her overwhelming hype, Debra won because WWF was desperate of stripping Sable of her title after she refused and wanted to leave with the title, and Kat won because yeah, the puppies hype was the rage. After the Hervina incident, idk what exactly happened but we had more and more serious champions sans Stephanie but she did help churn out very strong storylines out of the title, Jacqueline, Lita, Chyna and even Trish despite her limited abilities at the time really elevated the title.

Hornswoggle being used to retire the original Cruiserweight Championship in retrospect was terrible. They could have just moved the Cruiserweight Division to the ECW brand! If it was still around in 2009 it would have been a great title for Evan Bourne or Yoshi Tatsu to defend

David Arquette's run in WCW is like a Mandela effect, he was by far the most entertaining person on the show at that point, would have been a wasted opportunity if they hadn't created any interest at all with it. His OTT heel work and backstage bits with Courteney Cox and Kurt Russell were genuinely funny. Okay, giving him the big belt was perhaps a step too far, but completely writing off his stint as an example of WCW's failure as a company is definitely a revised version of this period.
