This is wonderful. I guaranteed if anyone having flat stomach and no belly fat will definitely achieve it in 2 weeks. I was having fat in belly which took me around 22 days but after so much pain and discipline i have 6 pack abs. This was my journey Day -1 - too much pain in belly area Day -3 - lost belly fat more than 75% Day -7 - there were commendable changes Day -10 - finally upper 2 abs were visible Day -14 - 4 abs were visible on flexing Day - 17- 4 abs without flexing Day -22 - 6 abs with flexing After then i took 2 days break and now i do it 3 -4 times a week I have clear 6 abs in . Thanks to him

Great work out! I'm 46 and can't touch my toes in the 9th exercise, but have been doing the other 9 half a dozen of times over the last week and can start to see the difference already!

This feels surprisingly effective compared to the other programs I've tried. It's nice that he explains what exactly each exercise is doing so I can figure out which parts I should add to what I've been doing.

I saved your videos to train my body and get in shape. When I watch them, it seems easy, but when you try it, you will see if it is really easy! This is an excellent exercise! I'm 18 years old, 5'8 in height, and 62.5kg.

Excellent Training video for Abs workout. Today, I finished 2 Weeks Abs Challenge. I’m 74 and with a recent Heart Attack. Don’t want to be a couch potato. I will do another 2 weeks to develop these Abs. Found this video while searching for videos on Abs. I feel a change around my core getting firm. Thank You, very encouraging Abs trainer.

Been doing these workouts daily and on my 18th day and finally managed to finish all the workouts without stopping. Even though I haven't got a flat tummy, I abs are lot stronger as others mentioned and managed to touch my toes throughout the 9th workout which i never thought I would. Thank you.

I love how Kanor is so encouraging talking you through the whole workout. He’s also real as well telling you how he feels the burn also. And Kanor has an amazing body, wow! I started seeing results in 3 weeks. The third day was brutal, but it does work with this encouraging video

I really REALLY enjoy this ab workout. I'm in hotels often and this is perfect, although I do it at home too. I've noticed I'm able to hold the Hollow Hold the whole way now...in the beginning, not so much! Great, quick workout with nice results!

So I tried the Challenge for the heck of it. It’s day 11, I dropped 13 lbs., primarily around the mid section, and if not within 14 days, certainly within 21 days I will have a well defined 6 pack. Of course, I ate healthy. Thanks for the lesson but thank you more for your non-bragging, humility. It encouraged me.

Is the only workout that I've actually felt change in one day I've tried a bunch of other workouts and they kind of just made me sore and didn't do much more than that so thank you

My experience im now at day 5th and ill keep this updated but one thing you need to know is that if you have a very lean body with low body fat percentage then you will definitely see the results in 15 to 20 days but if you got some fat then be on a calorie deficit and also do cardio after this work out every day then definitely you will see changes in a month 💪

I've been doing this for six days i cannot see any difference but i can feel my core strength has increased .i was not able to do 15 seconds of hollow hold but now i am doing 45 seconds hollow hold. Thank you kinor sir. ❤️

Close to week 4 of this core workout! Haven’t missed a day. I do it each morning fasted. Def one of the best core workouts I’ve ever done. My core is rock hard now. I won’t say it necessarily gives you visible abs since those are made in the kitchen, but you can feel how strong your core is after week 1 and it just keeps getting stronger. The workout also doesn’t get any easier if you’re focusing on form and always contracting your core.

Day 9, have seen changes thanks to this i normally do this 2 times a day and eat vegetables and salads with of my food. can’t forget the protein bars and protein shakes😁

@@ricky_bigelow8074 Bro I have even done more than 2 weeks. If someone's body fat percentage is very low and if he had abs previously or if he did many abs exercises previously then it can happen. But for me it took 2 months to get 2 pack abs and now in the 3rd month I can see a slight 4 pack abs

I have done P90X before and while it worked, some of the ab exercises also stressed my healthy lower back. This routine is so simple and effective. I have had good results and no back strain.

Been doing several different reps of situps for the last few weeks and juss felt like i wasnt feeling then the way i was suppose to. And cane across this video, wanted to try something new, Im always looking for new things to try (No Diddy) and gave it a shot today. Interesting workout. I already do most of the moves, but there are some that are new to me. I have been doing the ABS exercises for about 1 month. All 3 areas. There is a result, but perhaps it is less visible because of the meals. The 2 weeks is perhaps difficult for the average person to do, because if you also do other trainings (that train other areas), then you will be quite exhausted. I think I will include this training in my weekly plan. I subscribed! Greetings from Hungary!
