ur legend sir because iam trying to do exercises by seeing u but I cant doing this how u are doing i don't know but while ur doing it seems like very easy but after iam trying then i saw the hardwork in u, ur true real legend sir and in this pushups u are doing more than 25 how u are doing i dont know handsoff sir.... Besttt workout 👍🏻👍🏻.......I was wearing a white singlet or vest which became almost transparent and my abdominal muscles were visible.....very good exercise 👍🏻👍🏻
