Man! Cultish team, I hope you tag the people making these Tiktoks and let them know you'll be including them in your videos. They should hear a Christian response to their claims from Marcia especially. She's so knowledgeable about the occult and the Word! It gives her an incredible amount of credibility. I like how she explained the difference between the oils. I use some, carefully. I listened to a dermatologist who recommended switching to defused oils, to research them, and use them properly. For skin care and other health benefits. He stated it’s much safer, and effective. It’s interesting to learn obviously the better option is in the Bible.

Make sure you guys understand the immaculate conception. It's not about the incarnation. It's about claiming Mary is completely sinless. Also, if we are going to talk about Moses & Aaron, and the signs they demonstrated, we also need to explain why Pharaoh's magicians were able to replicate some of signs.

It’s sad to see women desperately search for a way to feel special while simultaneously running from the special person God made them to be. In my limited experience that is at the heart of the new age and Wiccan pursuit, these things give people (mostly women) a way to feel special, like they have special powers or abilities. Seeing them give up their potential for such a limited and sad reality is depressing.

We still use oils, natural herbs, body stretches for our own use as God made these things and our bodies to move. Just cuz these evil people adopt some of these doesn't mean we as Christians can no longer use them.

Like using “psychedelics” as a back door into the spirit realm is obviously witchcraft/rebellion. This can apply to any medicine. On the other hand if micro doses of the same substance can bring psychological/emotional healing for trauma victims then it’s obviously a good thing and all good things come from God. Yes, the "Immaculate Conception" refers to Mary, as being born without original sin for the purpose of being the God-man bearer (as would be fitting for the Incarnation), a status given to Mary from God's pure grace alone, a "prevenient" grace coming from Jesus's redemptive graces merited at Calvary, not to be confused with the doctrine of the "Virgin Birth" that refers to Jesus and his birth from an all pure virginal mother through the sole power of God.

Question : Why did God need worshippers ?
@senttosoar
@senttosoar 2 жыл бұрын
He doesn't need worshippers. He desired them. He wanted to create a being that would love and worship him freely, and that he could partner with to build the world into something great and wonderful. You might say, why would we worship him freely? Because he's just the best. He literally made all things, and made them good. Because his nature is good. He also created humans and doesn't force us to love him and follow his ways of doing things. Of course because of that, humans tend to do things their own way, and the world is like it is now. Plus, now we all die. Because death is the payment that we get, in exchange for our lawlessness. But then he didnt leave us there. He made a way for all humans who want to, to be reunited with him and his plan to fix this whole place up. That's why God came down and wrapped himself up in a body to become both fully God and fully man. He lived a life fully following God's law and gave his own life in exchange for our lawless lives. He died, was buried, and was raised from the dead, because death had no claim on him. Now he offers to wipe out the debt that our sin has accumulated once and for all, so long as we confess with our mouth that Jesus Christ is Lord and believe that God raised him from the dead. When that happens and we repent (ask God for forgiveness, and turn away from) from our lawless ways, the bible says we become new creations. And we will live out the rest of eternity glorifying God, and enjoying him forever. Why did God need worshippers? He doesn't need anything. But He most certainly deserves them.

God is morally perfect. He makes no wrong judgements. He doesn't let anything slip through the cracks. And he doesn't ever break character. What he is, is what he always is (just, merciful, creative, loving, faithful, etc) today, tomorrow, and forever. He created the world to work in the order of his moral perfection, but he allowed for the free will of humans to ignore his instructions and despise his company, if they so chose. Which they did. Then he redeemed humanity through Jesus Christ, God in man. Creating something to work within the system of his perfect moral law doesn't make him immoral, or insubstantial as God.

Simply to show I actually have done more research than any of you three.... Abraham came from Mesopotamia. Specifically city of Ur, founded in 3800 BCE. The city is now known as Tall al-Muqayyar, and is located about 200 miles southeast of Baghdad. Abraham lived in Mesopotamia and was exposed to a polytheistic culture. He rejected his family's beliefs and became a monotheist. traveled west to Shechem in Canaan. Land of the Canaanites (4500 to 1550 BCE). From there, the Hebrews are considered to have emerged from groups of indigenous Canaanites, meaning that the Hebrews essentially developed as a distinct people within the larger Canaanite population, sharing cultural and linguistic similarities with them; essentially, the Hebrews are considered a branch of the Canaanite people (Biblical Hebrew is considered a regional variation of the Canaanite language). Archaeological findings support the idea that the Israelite culture, which is associated with the Hebrews, largely overlapped with and derived from Canaanite culture. The word Hebrew comes from the word ʿeber, which means "the other side". This could refer to Abraham, who crossed into Canaan from the other side of the Euphrates or Jordan River. The Hebrew Bible refers to the Hebrews as the descendants of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, the patriarchs of Israel. Which is why... Deuteronomy 32:8, When the Elyon apportioned the nations, when he divided humankind, he fixed the boundaries of the peoples according to the number of the bene elohim which numbered in 70. Elyon is the creator god of the Canaanites. One of his kids is El Shaddai (who was worshipped all the way until Moses). El Shaddai had a wife named Asherah and they had 70 kids. One of them named Yahweh. Yes, Yahweh is technically a Canaanite god. But I digress..... Abraham would have brought stories from Mesopotamia with him. Including tales of the religion... including creation. The name Adam means "son of the red Earth". It comes from the Hebrew word adamah (אדמה), which means "earth". The name "Eve" comes from the Hebrew word Chavah, which means "to breathe" or "to live". Genesis 5. Adam. 930 years. Divided by moon cycles, that would be 77.5 years old. No statement of how he died. The bible never mentions the death of Eve. Jubilees and and The Life of Adam and Eve, non canon, attempt to explain. Jubilees says Eve died shortly after Adam. 6 years after. Yet never mentioned in the bible. Focusing on male lineage instead. As was the cultural norm. Cultural. However, Eve is tied to prophesy in Genesis 3. "The seed of the WOMAN will crush the serpent's head". (Proto Evangelium) Then oral tradition was used CENTURIES before anything was written down. According to a traditional view, Adam and Eve were created by God as fully formed humans between 6,000 and 10,000 years ago (which given historical understanding makes them NOT the first people). According to the Sumerian King List, the earliest Sumerian king mentioned is Alulim, who is said to have ruled the city of Eridu around 6,000 BCE. Fits the time line of Adam and Eve... In ancient Mesopotamian traditions, the name "Alulim" is often considered a potential equivalent to the biblical figure Adam, particularly due to the Sumerian King List which names Alulim as the first king, ruling over the city of Eridu, which is seen as a possible "first city" concept mirroring the biblical creation narrative where Adam is the first human; thus, drawing a connection between the two names as representing the first human ruler in their respective traditions. There's that pagan influence, again... Eridu derived from Akkadian edinnu, which came from the Sumerian word..... EDIN (Eden.... hello?) meaning 'plain' or 'steppe', closely related to an Aramaic root word meaning 'fruitful, well-watered'. The name Alulim derived from the name Adapa of ancient Mesopotamian religion. Adapa was a Mesopotamian mythical figure who unknowingly refused the gift of immortality. Well isn't that something...... Adapa, and his wife Kava (Sumerian etymological equivalent of Adam and Eve) were jointly called... Adama. I state again... The name Adam means "son of the red Earth". It comes from the Hebrew word adamah (אדמה), which means "earth". The name "Eve" comes from the Hebrew word Chavah, which means "to breathe" or "to live". Adam and Eve come from Pagan Sumerian, not out of a vacuum. In Mesopotamian mortuary tradition, it was said that the dead traveled to The House of Dust (Genesis says "God, who formed Adam out of the dust of the ground, announces that Adam will one day die and return to dust"). Genesis 1-11 is HEAVILY influenced by Mesopotamian mythology, drawing on themes and elements from ancient Sumerian and Babylonian creation myths, like the "Eridu Genesis" and the "Enuma Elish," while adapting them to a monotheistic perspective unique to the Hebrew Bible. Even the Cain and Abel story is found in the Sumerian myth of Enlil and Enki. Both Mesopotamian myths and Genesis include stories about creation, a great flood, and the origins of humanity, often with similar characters and plot elements. The entire Abrahamic religious line comes from paganism. A paganism that is distantly related to Norse.

The video misstates the doctrine of the Incarnation of Jesus and the Virgin birth. Yes, the Holy Spirit overpowered Mary as a supernatural act, but the baby in Mary's womb was not just like any other human baby in every other woman's womb. Rather, Jesus did not just possess a human nature in Mary's womb; he also possesses the Divine nature of God. Hence, Jesus is one person with two natures - one supernatural and one natural. This hypostatic union of the two occurs only in the incarnated (God made man) person of Jesus.

St. Matthew 12:31, KJV re: blasphemy against the Holy Spirit. I perceive that until the Holy Spirit came into the world the Lord traveled through the country imploring the children of Israel to believe the prophecies revealed in him. I also believe that he zealously urged the Pharisees to accept the prophecies of him as Caiphas directed that they do.

I enjoyed this and learned a lot. I do have a question. Does anyone reach out to these people and try to help them understand or is this shared with them? In particular I am concerned about the person that was wanting to become a witch but was also a Christian. It's really sad to see people so misguided, and leading other people to the same destruction, because they are being deceived.

Are you even awake yet? Luke ( hinted) 17:20And when he was demanded of the Pharisees, when the kingdom of God should come, he answered them and said, The kingdom of God cometh not with observation: 21Neither shall they say, Lo here! or, lo there! for, behold, the kingdom of God is within you. You think you are awake but I doubt most Christian's looking for Jesus to come back.

Part 2......... I've listed several from more than one religion, so.... You want to talk Deuteronomy? Deuteronomy 32:8, When the Elyon apportioned the nations, when he divided humankind, he fixed the boundaries of the peoples according to the number of the bene elohim which numbered in 70. Elyon is the creator god of the Canaanites. One of his kids is El Shaddai (who was worshipped all the way until Moses). El Shaddai had a wife named Asherah and they had 70 kids. One of them named Yahweh. Yes, pagans know the bible rather well. The Immaculate Conception is a Catholic dogma that is not explicitly stated in the Bible. Debated by medieval theologians, it was not defined as an actual dogma until 1854. POST BIBLICAL. Anne, the mother of Mary, first appears in the 2nd-century apocryphal Gospel of James. The author of the gospel borrowed from Greek tales of the childhood of heroes. For Jesus' grandmother the author drew on the more benign biblical story of Hannah-hence Anna-who conceived Samuel in her old age, thus reprising the miraculous birth of Jesus with a merely remarkable one for his mother. How do you not know the history of your own holy scripture? The first records of the word sorcery come from the 1200s. It ultimately comes from the Latin sortiārius, meaning “person who casts lots” (referring to a person who tells fortunes). That word would not have been used by the original authors. "They need ritual..." The two most widely accepted sacraments are Baptism and the Eucharist (or Holy Communion), however, the majority of Christians also recognize five additional sacraments: Confirmation(Chrismation in the Orthodox tradition), Holy Orders, Confession, Anointing of the Sick , and Matrimony . ALL REQUIRE RITUAL TO TRANCEND..... raying a daily devotional during Advent, erecting a nativity scene during Christmastide, chalking the door on Epiphany Day, fasting during Lent, waving palms on Palm Sunday, ALL REQUIRE RITUAL TO TRANCEND... pot, meet kettle. "He doesn't need mediums..." Then get rid of ALL pastors, preachers, reverends, priests and prophets..... "Doesn't need a pentagram..." Then get rid of all crosses..... Majority of witchcraft today is based off of kabbalistic practices. Man, you guys don't do ANY research about other paths...... While some people practice witchcraft as part of a religion like Wicca, "witchcraft" itself is considered a practice or set of beliefs, not a religion on its own, meaning someone can engage in witchcraft without adhering to a specific religious system. Examples... Wicca is a recognized religion often associated with witchcraft practices, but not all witches are Wiccan. Witchcraft can encompass various practices and beliefs, not necessarily tied to one singular religious structure. Again, you guys don't do any actual research. "Have you not read..."? So, have you not read? Psalm 82 in the Bible describes a world with multiple gods. Romans 2:15, They show that the requirements of the law are written on their hearts, their consciences also bearing witness, and their thoughts sometimes accusing them and at other times even defending them. (written about people of other religions) As far as what would Jesus say? Well, according to the bible.... Matthew 19, 16 Someone came to Jesus with this question: “Teacher, what good deed must I do to have eternal life?” 17 “Why ask me about what is good?” Jesus replied. “There is only One who is good. But to answer your question-if you want to receive eternal life, keep the commandments.” 18 “Which ones?” the man asked. And Jesus replied: “‘You must not murder (taught by pagans). You must not commit adultery (taught by pagans). You must not steal (taught by pagans). You must not testify falsely (taught by pagans). 19 Honor your father and mother (taught by pagans, to a point). Love your neighbor as yourself. (taught by pagans, to a point)’ (Notice how “Thou shalt have no other gods before me.” ..., “Thou shalt not make unto thee any graven image.” ..., “Remember the sabbath day, to keep it holy.”...., are NOT mentioned as requirements, PER JESUS?) "His attributes can be seen in creation...". That's called Animism. The basis of ALL pagan religions..... If God (A Germanic pagan title) is in all things, than worshiping those things would be worshiping God. Yeah, majority of Christians are hostile. They do 0 research. Condemn. Don't try to actually convert. As far as history, the Church tried to wipe us out before. More than once. Given the vitriol that is aimed at us, the Spiritual Warfare clip is in fact valid. Given what the practice of Witchcraft actually is, her definition is correct. Everything witches do, Christianity does as well. ALL RELIGIONS do. In short, your guest doesn't know the actual first thing about paganism. Neither do either of you. You don't know history, history of (any) religion (including your own). Always talking ABOUT us pagans, never TO us. Shame.
