Guys, did you know sleep paralysis is normal when you are sound asleep? Otherwise you'd thrash all over and act out your dreams, which is dangerous. They are sleep disorders and have a root cause such as a vitamin or mineral deficiency. Go to a sleep lab and have a study done. Snoring and weight gain are factors making sleep issues worse. And another thing they fooled us about, schizophrenia happens in people with extreme childhood trauma. They have parasitic entities around (demons!) that hate the Bible, says one psychiatrist, and that we dope them up! Same with multiple personalities! Drink and drugs make you vulnerable to possesion.

I’m Cuban and I come from a family that practiced Santeria and “ espiritismo” (spiritism) …. My aunt was the town “ curandera” (healer), “curing”all kinds of ailments using very strange methods… my dad built an altar for a 5 ft. statue of Santa Barbara, the saint that the African god Chango would hide behind.. I was terrified seeing my dad go into spells where it was obvious a spirit had entered him….I won’t go into anymore detail, but all I can say is this is very real and very demonic..Thank God for the blood of Jesus and for His Grace that eventually set him free from the grip of these demons. @@littlemisss8287 Good question. I can’t seem to reconcile experiences like those you described with what I read in the Bible. God is a God of order and He calls us to have self control ( a fruit of the Spirit). I’ve been to these events, including Bethel, and have always walked away uncomfortable and confused…. never really able to participate and wondering why/ how others could. I don’t know what spirit is present in those events… I’m no one to say…but what I do know is that I ve never felt any closer to Jesus after leaving an event like that. The enemy is crafty… and very seductive, and I’ve learned to stay very close to Jesus and trust that experiencing a peaceful life with Him will always be enough. I hope that helps😌🌷

When I was in my drug addiction I had demons around me and I would suffer terrifying sleep paralysis! That's when the demons would visit me the most! Being a Christian now and I have given my life to Christ I know now how bad it was! Been sober and a Christian following Christ for 4 years now, and I haven't had sleep paralysis since then! He also delivered me from drugs and in his awesome mercy sustained me as I didn’t sleep for more than 15-30 minute intervals for close to twenty days from jumping off of anywhere between 8-16 milligrams of subutex (buprinorphin without a Naloxone blocker) and abusing prescription opioids and other medications. He snatched me up out of the tormenting loop of addiction and all I had to do was fully submit and cooperate with the Holy Spirit and “He sent his word and healed them and delivered them from all their destructions.” He changed my heart as only He can do! ♥️ He is so faithful!! ♥️

I am going to pray for you the second I’m done writing this comment. If we pray according to his will he will hear us and have great mercy. Ask him to give you a spirit of repentance and to lead you into freedom from addiction. “Where the spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty.” Seek him with all your heart, soul, mind, and strength. The scriptures say that “he will cause us to walk in his statutes.” Meaning, it is him alone who can change our hearts and cause us to back that up with our actions. “We must first believe that he is God and a rewarder of those who diligently seek him.” Ask him to make you hate sin as he does and to love and forgive people as he does. Ask him to reveal himself to you and to give you wisdom and discernment. Ask him to baptize you with his Holy Spirit. Dig into the word and ask him to give you understanding. We love you so much and there is true freedom in Jesus. @@d.anglin8881Read Acts 19:13-16…. You have to be careful with regards to casting out demons. The best thing to do is to give that person the gospel. Luke 11: 24-26, Jesus says that if someone casts out a demon and the man cleans himself up, but this person is not born again, this demon will end up returning and bringing 7 more with him and the man will be worse off than before. This is also in Matt 12:43-45.

@@ChamomileMineral Repentance is definitely a part of it but on its own it is not enough. The enemy is legalistic. If you sign a contract with someone and then after you've signed it, you say that you're sorry that you signed it, does that then mean that you no longer are held to the contract? No of course not. If you took the contract and ripped it up, the contract no longer exists and you're not bound to it. If you, threw your family bloodline, had a free will agreement for things to be in your life, they can remain. The Lord isn't legalistic though, but he chooses not to obstruct free will and that's why it's important to renounce the contract so that he can step in without doing the thing that he said he would never do.

I had a blue faced demon laughing a inch from my face one night. Woke me up out of a dead sleep. He was sitting on my chest and I couldn’t move. I was living alone in an apartment under some satan worshiping guys. I wasn’t saved at the time but I prayed to Jesus the rest of the night. I never knew it was sleep paralysis. We also recently threw away a signed day of the dead print from old town Albuquerque (artists self portrait we were told) after that, our house changed. Got better. That part where he said that his sleep paralysis would lessen when he would do santeria stuff and then you made a parallel with the gouvernement reminded me of drug abuse. Like when people use heroin and its the only thing that stops the pain, but they wouldnt even be in that pain if they didnt start using it in the first place. So yeah, interesting how these evil things create such an effect, they create a problem, but are also a short time solution, blinding the minds of people.

I’m at the beginning of my journey back to Christ. Right before I started going to church again I had my first night of sleep paralysis in a LONG time. Nightmares are one thing, but the detail you remember stuff in, the feeling of something physically touching you… these videos are just confirmation I’m on the right path.

I remember these awful nightmares I had just as God was calling me; I was in my bed in the dream and I remember the sound of a woman screaming for help, but it felt...demented. After I refused to open it, this creepy hand got around the door and as it opened it was like a vortex trying to suck me in. I didn't know what would happen if it managed to get to me but I felt so shaken by the encounter. I do remember waking up and seeing these animal-like footprints by my bed when I woke up. I had others but that one was terrifying.

I've had my share of sleep paralysis. One particular one led to an unexpected out-of-body experience at a hotel. I was so freaked out by it that I did copious amounts of research and found out it was a thing called Astral projection. It was such a bizarre experience that I practiced Astral projection for a while. While I was practicing Astral projection I would often have these crazy dreams where I or someone in my family would be brutally murdered and the fear I felt in those dreams was still there when I woke up. Also, my life felt depressing like there was a dark cloud over me. This would happen for a while until one day God revealed to me that I was practicing witchcraft without even knowing it. Witchcraft is evil as far as I'm concerned. Thank God he saved me from destroying myself

A witch sent a demon after me one night, yes I knew who it was and it was a full moon that night so the room was lit up despite the light being turned off. But the entire room went dark, it was like someone turned off the moon and the room became freezing cold within a minute and I watched the darkness uncurl and move about like a snake. I just pointed to it and called it out and rebuked it in Jesus name and told it to return to who had sent it and do to them as it was sent to do to me and it vanished in an instant. Never had come back or any other. Some very similar things happened to my bf and the witches would just ask him what he was and he’d simply say saved by Jesus. God is so good.

That description you gave of sleep p is *just* what I had. It must have something to do with the spiritual realm (another dimension) that makes the very real experience so hard to explain in terms we know. The shadowy figure with no real form, that you can see the INTENT of the facial expression. That thing was the most evil and vicious ... I knew it hated me intensely and that it wanted to torture me. And I was stuck in my frozen body, helpless. I was living in vile sin, and I laughed about ever believing in Jesus, but in that moment, all I had was his name. I said it in my mind, because I couldn't move, and instantly I was freed, and the thing vanished. I told myself that wasn't what it was, that it was just left over from my religious upbringing, because it was embarrassing to let the thing know I was so freaked out. So weird, but I had to act tough and nonchalant, to IT. A couple months later, I had repented in sobbing regret and sorrow and was then luxuriating in the peace and love of Christ. I got woken one night with loud growling in my ear. My first thought was that it was that shadow or his friend, but I smiled to myself and thought "Silly - you must have been snoring." Then a heavy picture fell off the wall. No question now, that it was growling in my ear, but I just smiled and stayed laying there, safe in the arms of my saviour. I thought I should declare his name out loud, so I just said, "Thank you, Jesus, for making me yours," and that was the last time anything like that happened. I was surprised that the picture that had fallen was a corkboard, that I'd had leaning up against the wall. I put it back and pushed it forward, and it PUFFED to the floor, with hardly a sound. SIN had drawn that evil thing or things to me. I'd been writing smutty fan fiction stories with lots of sex scenes. And I started watching porn for inspiration. There's evil entities behind the screen!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Since I was 15 I had sleep paralysis very regularly, some periods every night, just like you. I came to Christ when I read about testimonies of people that called out for Jesus as well. I tried it and never been attacked again. Also for ever changed. It’s really interesting how my atheist boyfriend, who never experienced sleep paralysis, had 2 attacks in the same period I was saved.. unfortunately he does not believe in the demonic and just shrugs it off.. I used to get sleep paralysis A LOT when I was little. A little less and less over the years as I got older. Happens very rarely now but honestly the single most terrifying experiences I've ever had. It's so scary. You feel drunk on sleep like you want to wake up but your eyes can't quite fully open. At the same time you know if you let your eyes closed you won't be able to move again. Also, you can feel a very sinister energy/presence...EVERY SINGLE TIME! It's terrifying. Can't describe it any other way.

Growing up as a kid in Long Beach, we had neighbors that we knew practiced this Santaria. Us kids would sometimes talk about how they cut chickens heads off. Fast forward the 10 years later I move back to Long Beach to live with my grandma. My uncles and two cousins started dabbling in the Santeria. My sleeeeep paralysis was insane. At this point I had been having intense sleep paralysis for a couple years (it started when being curious about the occult) my life went into a very dark place. Thankfully I was able to get out of there. My two cousins are now homeless in LA and are heroin addicts. Pray for their souls!

I’m British brought up in Cuba, Venezuela and Dominican Republic. I can testify to similar experiences leaving the practices. Twice in my life my mother was living with a Babalawo (a priest of sorts) so I witnessed a lot of ceremonies over the years and I share many other of the scenarios our brother has described here. I was in an evangelist gathering when me as a half skeptic, not even committed to Santeria in my heart, it was just something happening around I no choice but to get involved, I felt the presence of the holy spirit at that gathering. Another 10 years or so would go by before I fully renounce and announced to my family I was no longer a part or the “religion”.

I was praying to Santa muerte. Part of me knew this was not holy but I wanted nothing to do with Jesus. One night I was sleeping and I heard in my dream (which felt like I was awake) a little girl voice calling out for help. “Help me please help” I would ask where she was and she would say in the walls. I asked who put you there. She said a name which I can't recall but it sounded like oslo. I asked who that was and she said he was really mean. I asked what's your name? She responded “ my name is elle” I was constantly trying to find her but her voice would move around the room. As I kept looking for her her voice turn more suspicious. As if she didn't really need my help. And as soon as I noticed that I hear her laughing under my bed. I'm paralyzed with fear. I lean over my bed looking down and I see a white thing with long arms no face and pitch black eyes its starring right in my face . Instantly it grabs my wrists and I can't move. I screamed I yelled nothing worked until I scream Jesus Christ! Jesus! I woke up. P.s. Everyday a cat would scream and cry outside my door for every night just outside of my door. Like clockwork and it sounded abnormal almost like something was killing it. I told my dad and he and I prayed in my room and the night that I accepted Jesus Christ into my heart and from that night on the cat never returned. I suspect there was something in my room that the cat was attracted to. Jesus is Lord and with him on your side nothing can touch you.

That’s attributing your sin to a demon. If you are born again, you cannot be possessed. No demon can live inside you. Once we are saved, we are free FROM sin, but we are not free TO sin. We will struggle and fall, but that is on us and it’s our sin that we need to repent from and not blaming that the demon did it. Only JESUS can deliver you by calling on him and believing he died for your sins, rose on the third day and if you place your trust in him and repent from your sins, you will be saved. We will have trials and tribulations but reading the word of God will show you the truth.

In the 7th year while, on-course during the night I woke up wrote in red pen, in my journal, "false filling of woundings". All my journal notes are in blue. After finally breaking away from the Ministry and spending alone time with The Lord and His Word, I was prompted to go back and read that entry again. Is was then that it all made sense. I never knew there was a name for it but that sleep problem I have had that throughout my life not all the time but I have told people when I had a dream, I was being attacked demonically and the only thing that saved me and woke me up was the name of Jesus. There were times when I could barely get the name out but the minute I did I was wide awake. Some of those dreams I was suffocating as something was laying heavy on my chest. Other times I could feel the evil in the room When I would walk in, I’m talking about in the dream. So this is pretty interesting of what he is saying. I have been a Christian for many many years. I had this dream I was walking down a cobble street in like holland or something and this dude came out of an ally crying saying they are calling me a child molester and I looked down on my hand and had a bible I tried to give it to him saying you should read this it has a lot of good stuff in it he said no why don’t you write your name down in my book and I told him no he then held me down on a bench and was trying to rape me. I was screaming no and that’s when I kind of woke up but I was being held to my bed with a heavy weight on me and a hand over my mouth I suddenly remembered to call out to Jesus and he started screaming and writhing and was acting like he was on fire. I didn’t know the guy who lived down the alley in a trailer but I had heard he was a child molester never seen him before. When I went downstairs he was at the front door checking to see if we accidentally got his mail it was the guy from my dream. CRAZY experience absolutely crazy . I had it a few times when I was a little kid also. I swear that room has a demonic presence in it. I was never comfortable in there and I literally ran out of the room several times because I was sensing a heavy presence and felt scared. I know how messed up this is but One night I was masturbating and I suddenly I had this sick thought that I was the bride of Christ and he was making love to me. I’m pretty sure I basically had sex with a demon. That one took some real prayer and a little counciling to overcome. To this day I feel sick about it. Praise Almighty God for delivering me from evil. All the Glory to him.

I don't agree with Jon criticizing all spiritual warfare. It is his opinion based on his experience. I have experienced the demonic & paranormal. Scary stuff! Call out to Jesus for help. True deliverance ministers don't charge for their services. I agree that there are false teachers who take scripture out of context. That's why we must study God's Word for ourselves so we can know it. There are many great Bible teachers to help us in our journey. With salvation in Jesus, we receive the Holy Spirit that enables us to understand the Bible. Get a good study Bible like one from Warren Weirsbe or John MacArthur. Sowing and reaping is biblical. Binding and loosing also biblical. We wrestle against principalities and they are many. I've heard many Christians on social media who seem to have these same views and often come off as afraid of being seen as spiritual. We have been given the authority through Christ to stand and defend against the unseen. Some things are spiritual in nature. Some things are due to our ignorance. A perfect example is having increased warfare the moment one seeks the Lord. The devil isn't going to ultimately stop attacking us and it happens frequently to many believing Christians. -Biblical deliverance can and should be taught. Ephesians 6:11-13 Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. 12 For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the *rulers of the darkness* of this world, against *spiritual wickedness in high places. 13 Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.

Because the primary language in the U.S. is English, most of the viewing audience had no idea what Babalu meant, or that it was anyone's name. We all just thought it was a catchy dance tune that was popular in Spanish speaking countries; like in the category of a song you would dance the tango, or flamenco music. Instead, due to the language barrier, they had homes all over the U.S. , and all of the other non-Spanish speaking countries where it was broadcast, playing a worship song to a demon worshipped in Santeria or Yoruba (and maybe others; I'm not that knowledgeable about this) without realizing it. I'm sure that most of the people who were Christian, Jewish, Moslem, etc. would have felt differently about watching I love Lucy if they had known this. I know my grandmother wouldn't let me watch Bewitched. If she had known Babalu was a demon, I definitely wouldn't have been allowed to watch I Love Lucy. It's like they tricked an entire generation into playing demonic praise music in their homes, without their knowledge. That is what's mind blowing.

In middle/high school I used to get SP most nights. I never knew what it was but it didn't bother me until it got so bad that every time I started to even drift off to sleep I would get it. No one ever told me it was demonic but one night I got so fed up I cried out and rebuked it in the name of Jesus. After that I never got SP again for years and believed it was demonic. Recently some family members were complaining of getting severe SP so I told them to do what I did but they didn't believe me. Oddly after that conversation I started getting SP again but I kept rebuking and praying about it but it doesn't go away for good like it used to. Sleep paralysis experience here too. Finally just prayed to Jesus to please make it stop that I couldn’t handle it anymore. I was vaguely knowledgeable of God, brought up as a “country club Christian” but barely practicing, it was more of a title. I also wanted very material and shallow belongings and relationships. I wish I could say in this moment, I changed my life around, but no, I just prayed that I know God said he’ll never give us more than we can handle and I can’t handle it, please release me from this and I went from always having this experience to never again, thus far, and I truly believe after 17 years of not having SP , that He saved me from this experience. It feels like a supernatural intervention.

I love that Jon talked about the whole maze of confusion you can go through with those who focus on "spiritual warfare". I learned the hard way, about 45 years ago, that all the "binding, breaking family curses, searching out demonic items" etc. can in and of itself, become a legalistic maze of bondage. After working for months to get free, back then, one night, it dawned on me that the whole miss mash of hokus pocus was causing fear and confusion. One night, while trying to find some object that I had been told was giving "satan legal rights to my life," I said: "I'm done with this nonsense. I am a child of God--Jesus Christ is my Lord. Satan has no right to me. Jesus is my deliverer, not me." With that, the "spiritual warefare" ended, and I was able to live in the beautiful freedom of Jesus Christ!

I believe it was a 4 days ago. I woke up early in the morning, sometime after midnight but it was still dark. and I was in the middle of a dream, and I don't remember the dream as much as what woke me up out of the dream. I was laying on my chest, (that's how I woke up) and it was the physical feeling on the upper area of my back that something was standing over me and pushing one foot down on my back. it was increasingly pressing down slowly on my spine, and it didn't get to the point where it was painful, but I had never felt that sensation before in a dream. I shot up out of my dream when my brain woke up and the sensation was gone. Hearing him talk about something similar at 3:20 is insightful.

I felt it in my heart and soul that it was messed up, I have friends that worship elequa... Do not dabble in it, do not ever let the veil thin out and allow demons to enter your life, because they have taken over this world in an obscene and perverted way.. And don't mess with ouija boards or tarot cards!!! Or Lenormand cards ,especially Lenormand, (my own cartamancy experience will tell you this ) I promised God that i would never read cards or get them read to me..and I know that it is not a game .. Sleep paralyzes caused by demons is terrifying... Keep away from these things and pray for the devil to flee from you. God bless 🙌 🙏 ❤️

If while practicing cultic religions, you were expected to recite certain sayings and do certain works to get certain results, why think there is no counteraction that should take place? Those actions were literal agreements made within the spiritual realm. To become a believer you “recite” & agree to live and work according to Jesus lifestyle and be led by a Holy Spirit. Sometimes we forget just how spiritual Christianity really is.

Thank you to the interviewee for speaking on "deliverance ministries." I came out of the new age and unfortunately accepted Christ while at a church that taught this heresy. It took years for me to get away from that false doctrine. God literally had to give me a chance to be alone with my bible to have my mind renewed by the unadulterated truth of God's word. A book by the late Dave Hunt called "Seduction of Christianity" also opened by eyes to deliverance heresies and other spiritism that has crept into the church. Thank God for freedom and the truth of his word!!!

I remember participating in willful sin when I was reestablishing a relationship with Christ. I had asked for forgiveness in the past for the same sin. The same day I was pulling out of my garage in my car and I saw a HUGE crow fly and land on the roof of my neighbors house right in front of me. I have never seen a crow that big. Do you think that was a spiritual sign that I was headed towards darkness if I continue?
