Tara, I've been seeking help for many weeks now because I've felt incredibly alone and disconnected. I've noticed that I have great capacity for noticing when others are suffering or in pain, but I'm numb to my own. Anyway, I was reading a book recently called "On My Own Side" by Dr. Aziz Gazipura and he mentioned you. That's how I ended up here. I love your soothing voice, your stories, and your wisdom. Your spiritual guidance is needed more than ever, so thank you for being there for us all.

I'm one of those people that feel habitually disconnected from not just others but my own real feelings and being too. I need to practice rain every day. I have a ton of fear. I will say too however, your presence is calm and comforting and helpful too! Thank you for making these videos.

Thank you Tara Brach for being there for all of us and strengthening spirit and healping in dealing with fear. I have worked with fear for a long time and felt so alone in it until this happened. I am an immigrant and there was a lot of fear where I came from. When I first immigrated and onward, no one in the USA and other places, seem to understand. I had to find my way alone through spirituality. That was the pearl within the closed shell that I found. So thank you for your teachings. Much love and support to you at this time and all your loved ones.

Thank you for your calm appreciating perspective for this chaotic earth quake situation. This is the change our species needed to refocus the love & greatness of the creation we are part of. I do believe this human solitude is helping pull the veil of habitual distractions...allowing an essential “PORTAL’ to open. This silent private doorway is opening our awareness to our collective consciousness and the wholeness that will be healed from the love of our collective Source. Namaste

Thank you, Tara... wisdom .... more and more I understand it’s a purging we are going through individually and collectively... as divided as opinions are at the moment it makes the things we need to embrace surface faster .... Every day I feel that layers are being peeled off in order to get to the heart of life and love.

So, what if, I feel the reaching out and caring is just one sided? It is painful.
@fingerprint55114 жыл бұрын
Some thing I had to learn is give with joy, or or don't do it at all ... It's attachment to expectation is where it goes off course. Like if you give so you get, the other person no longer exists, it's all one sided, it's why you can only see ... you 🙏
