There are wonderful, amazing teachers among us in the midst of these huge, and for now, at least, seemingly endless, waves of challenge and disaster- in that group Tara Brach is truly a first among equals and we are lucky to have her. I listen to her like a drowning man reaches for a rope. Thank you so much, Ms. Brach, for your thoughtfulness, your caring, and your generous sharing of much profound, and useful, wisdom!

Tara, this is so beautiful, this work you do! To make it available on KZbin and other media, I am so grateful. I felt pangs of resonance when we did the meditation, and worked with that anxiety and fear. I've been in counseling with an extremely talented and spiritual therapist who I compare to you! Blessed be*

Just find your bliss. Then you never miss. It’s just bliss. Get into the present then wait for your synchronistic presents. This is why it’s called the present. Then you’ll begging to feel the omnipresent taking you to only the relivence with reverence. Brain only as old as body. Spirit infinite. If your breathing. Your in this game of this reality in this present. Just close your eyes and you’ll begging to see. Everything happens for reasons regardless of reasoning. No need for immune system failings when living present. You just flow, grow and glow. Namaste on such a beautiful auspicious time kindred Science & biology knows fight & flight takes out of present, worried about past or future, missing all the presents coming from omnipresent

Is it just me that is with odds with the strain of politics in these talks? I feel the same with Raghu Markus introduction to Ram Dass talks. It feels preachy and unwelcome in the context of non-attachment. It's actually the opposite from what I'm looking for when I turn on a talk like this. I don't know what drives Tara and Raghu Markus to include it. Virtue signaling? I dunno. At least Ram Dass was very self aware and non-judgemental when he brought up politics in a talk. Have a listen, it's all very understanding of all viewpoints. He talked about politics as a phenomenon, and resisted getting caught by its contents.
