Very well elaborated Sir. One such eGovernance platform that enhances transparency is eOffice, this if leveraged, throughout government can largely enhance the accountable government outlook. Do, consider this product sir, which is widely ignored or outlooked, and it is very difficult for Government to adopt 100% electronic file usage.
