Rub some boiled linseed oil on the scratches with a soft rag. let it dry and you will never see them

Hey Greg, heads up, when we did a second gen intercooler swap we had clearance issues with the bottom of the hood catch (and I do mean the catch, not the latch lol) hitting the top of the intercooler in the fully closed position. It's a farm truck so we just removed the it. Lol Just thought I would let you know. And you can also get a gauge pod that sits on top of the steering column that's perfect for a tach since they don't have one. That's where I put mine in my truck and it works great. Liking the first gen build!

Make sure you get a tappet cover with a baffle. It will make a huge mess of you don't. I ended up plugging mine and ran overhead valve cover breathers because the drips drove me crazy.

that looks like a FedEx quality delivery. one time they left a box of rocker panels sit beside my steps because they didn't feel like going on the porch. then the box got rained on. luckily the panels didn't get wet and rust.

i work at a freight company, you can call in and give the company that delivered it your address and the day it was delivered and the person that did it can be reprimanded for screwing up someone else's property so someone else doesnt have to deal with the same thing, thats what i would do lol

For the mounting why don't you just take a long piece of metal and bolt it to the old brackets, leave them where they are then drill new holes in the new metal piece
