Omg this is amazing! You are so incredibly strong I really appreciate your tutorials! No one teaches this part of the conditioning, they just tell you to work on it and hope for the best...many hugs from Mexico!

Thank you for this and thank you for doing the entire workout with us. For those of us who live in cities without pole teachers, it's like getting a lesson directly from you.

Pole Dance by Anete Blaua perhaps muscle up conditioning? It’s such a strange muscle group for me 😅

I have been trying to get my handspring from the floor like for one year (I can only do in from an inversion). I'll try these exercises as soon as possible!

Usually its because technique or plyonetrics fail you, sometimes both. Resistance band can help a lot😊

Thanks Anete for sharing with us this super useful tutorial, this is going to help me a lot with my handsprings. Can I do adapt the exercises to use a true grip? I can't really do much with a cup grip.
@AneteBlaua4 жыл бұрын
Hey, yes ofcourse, you can do true/original grip, the technique is very similiar, practically nothing changes.😊

instead of cup grip, can i use twisted grip?
@AneteBlaua2 жыл бұрын
Twisted grip technique will change a bit cause the shoulder will be internally rotated, baseline stays the same, but be cautious with twisted grip. If the shoulder position is not properly placed you might feel disccomfort or even an inability to give the necessary engagement.

I just got those bands as well. Will you show how to use them for all levels? I usually use it for my arms and leg conditioning, but I want to know how you can use it to help with inversions, etc. I love that you always do the workout with us. It makes you feel like you have a real teacher.
@AneteBlaua5 жыл бұрын
Thank you for your feedback :) You are having trouble with your inverts? Mostly I give my students exercises without bands when it comes to inverts. I think it's more a technique matter then stretngth.
