Guess God didn’t intend this to work for me. I have a genetic blood clotting disorder and fruit isn’t going to stop a blood clot.

I eat Brown Rice with Black Beans top with a spoon of Guacamole it is so delicious. I am getting my good fat and fiber.

Thankfully I eat all but maybe the grapefruit... but I've also adopted the low-dosage once-a-day asprin approach as well so hopefully between those two things (these foods and the asprin) I can keep clots minimized. (Of course I do know the asprin is working as I got a cut a few days ago and it took longer than normal to heal; longer than it used to before going on the asprin so it's working and reducing the clots but it also is good to eat some of these fruits as well for their additional benefits like the berries and avacadoes).

I have been alternating these fruits for my lunch. Orange and babana are the main fruits and mix them with other three of your choice from the list. My skin changed alot to good, among others like good metabolism and weight control.
