Tips: To wash hair use luke warm water. Not hot water, it'll just dry out your hair. Shampoo is for scalp, don't put on ends (the water will do that part) Conditioner on ends only. Make sure you squeeze the water out of your hair before so the Conditioner doesn't just "slip off". Here is when you detangle with a wide tooth comb. 😁

some things to improve: 1. don't BRUSH your hair when it's soaking wet, but COMB them... brushing your hair when it's wet damages it 2. don't wet your hair more when you're using conditioner, conditioners are already mostly water, adding more water will dilute it even more 3. never ever shower with boiling hot water

Primarina hot water because it keeps you warm.. people exaggerate with cold water because they think they have to shower cold asf, but what I recommend you is to put it neutral ( between warm and cool ) if you that is too hot then go a little cooler. I'm just gonna say once your whole body is in the cold, your body itself will warm up and get use to it. I hope that helps.

Bro ive been growing my hair since 2018 its 2023 rn 5 years and my hair is exactly like yours same 3A 3b same length everything… but around 2021 i started having hair loss in the back due to stressfull family event (alopecia areata) might even had ringworm lost a full long curl in the back so center back of my hair really short while the rest Super Long looks like someone cut a Square chunk out the middle but sides are long…. Like a Field Goal Bar in Football Sides long chunk cut out the middle… still trying to cure this shit and grow it all out man… its Crazy i look at Snap memories from 1 year ago today 2 3 year ago today ETC And i can say My Hair been the Same Since 2019 2020 bro shit got me mad asf If not It was Longer 2020 2021 ETc… i gotta do more work and take care of it… and not let it lock up to brush it… think thats why been loosing lot of hair length due to knotting and had to brush all that out… but curing my alopecia areata .. also went to cali got ringworm in extreme weather i cured that but now dealing with the AA/ Telogen effivium or MPH idk which one but pray for me man trying to cure all this… nice hair bro and nice Videos we twinning i got the same as U especially before i had all these hair problems

I don’t have a perm , but you should research a little bit more on that cause I honestly don’t know , I changed my shampoo and conditioner to Shea moisture so that’s what I’m using now , the reason why I changed was because it’s better for my natural hair , but I’m pretty sure if u do some research you can find a good shampoo for permed hair !

First thing I would do is throw away that shampoo unless you only wanna use it once a month to clarify your hair but that’s not about it and you conditioner and that Shea mirical styler both have silicone in them so I’d throw them away too but check the ingridents in that oil if it’s silicone free I’d use it after you already styled your hair to seal in the moisture and give your shine
