hi, if you read the ingredient list of la roche posay B5 line, they almost all containt alcohol, and third ingredient i think..and i believe this isnt good for your skin in the long run..i even contacted the brand to ask them why on earth products designed for sensitive skins contains alcohol, but never got an answer..they are so cautious as not to list the ingredients on their website, which is deceitful in my opinion..like the brand has nice products but this is not a good thing in my opinion.. anyhow always a pleasure to watch you !

Nothing actually gets rid of dark undereye circles if you've always had them, trust me I know. However if they're a recent development or you only get them for certain periods of time, you can fix them, but only by finding out the root of the problem. Whether it's sleep, dehydration, diet, allergies, diagnosis of an underlying medical issue, vitamin/mineral defiency etc. As for puffiness, any eye serum or cream that contains caffeine is good and anything cold or cooling helps to depuff also. I recommend those silicone/plastic eyemasks that contain a gel within them, pop them in the fridge overnight or the freezer for 10 mins and it's good to go.

Your face definitely looks amazing, and while watching some of your videos this weekend I was thinking how great you looked, even more vibrant than 10 years ago. Now I know why. Having seen the results on you, I think the price of the retinol is worth it. You could spend hundreds a year on “inexpensive “ products from the drugstore and not see these results.

I have found the cheapest (so far) tretinoin in Spain (nad Spanish islands); you can buy it over the counter at their chemists, one tube costs about 14 euro, two tubes are more than enough for a year for the face, neck, chest and hands. Beware, it is powerful and should be used really sparingly in the evening, and don't forget about SPF 50 in the morning. Use it every other day, it might turn out drying the skin.

Oh, also: what do you think about rotating products versus keeping a consistent routine? Being a beauty products fanatic, I do always seem to be chasing after new things because it's fun. But in your experience, is it best to keep that flitting about restricted to cosmetics? Major hell yes on products that don't require digging fingers into a jar. A dermatologist once told me that's a good way to court skin problems, because fingers (especially under nails) introduce bacteria that contaminates the whole lot. If something's in a jar, I use something I can wash off like a little plastic spoon, or in a pinch a cotton swab I pitch after.

I’m not convinced that you are seeing results from the retinol if you’re using it just since Christmas. It’s more likely good moisture levels. I’m using tretinoin 0,5% since late October and I haven’t noticed any substantial results yet. Of course this is my anecdotal experience but the studies on tretinoin support what I claim. Results are usually noticed after 4 months.

I looked at the ingredients for this product, and I don't see this as a retinol I'd use. Phenoxyethanol is much too high on the list, and what are all those EO's about? Literally every citrus oil imaginable? And, of all things, canola oil??? Highly, highly unstable and inflammatory. And then more EO's! oh dear. I will never understand that concept. hmmm. Those are realllllly curious inclusions. Not to mention that horrible red hue from the dye. Not necessary, Medik8. Save on your raw materials cost, pass those savings onto us poor, glowing-skin-seeking souls, and don't order those unnecessary oils and dumb dye anymore! lol. You could cut off a good 20% (at least) of the product cost. That said, your skin has never looked better Ruth! I'll try to get there with PC's retinol booster - so far so good for me. :))
