1 pack sazon Goya or 1 tbsp occou aka achote
1 1/4 cup flour
1 cup lukewarm water

2 tsp oil
1 small onion chopped
2 tsp minced garlic
1 pimento chopped
piece of red bell pepper chopped
1 tbsp curry powder
12 oz crab meat
1/2 cup water
2 tsp berties pepper sauce - www.callaloobox.com
2 tbsp green seasoning
1 tsp lemon pepper
1 tsp fish seasoning

4 oz crab meat - optional
2 tbsp coconut oil
1 bay leaf
1/4 cup chopped onion
4 curry leaves - optional
1 tbsp minced garlic
2 pimento peppers chopped
2 tbsp curry powder
1 tbsp green seasoning
2 tsp pimento pepper sauce
1 tsp lemon pepper
1 tsp fish seasoning
salt to taste
2 1/2 cups coconut milk
