1/2 cup finely chopped onions
1 tbsp. minced garlic
1 pimento finely chopped
1/2 habanero finely chopped
1/2 cup cabbage finely chopped
1 scallion chopped
1/4 cup bell pepper chopped
2 cups salt fish / salted cod - wash boil and flake
salt to taste

3 cups AP Flour
2 cups pureed
water to knead
1/2 tsp salt

1/2 cup sliced bell peppers - baby bell
1 scallion sliced
1/4 cup shredded carrot
4 chilli peppers sliced - optional
salt to taste
