4 cups mango chopped
1 tsp salt to boil

2 tbsp chili coconut oil
Few methi or fenugreek seeds
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 hot pepper chopped
2 pimento peppers chopped
2 tbsp minced garlic
1 tbsp veg oil
2 tbsp mild curry
1 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 cup water to cook curry
2 tbsp green seasoning
1/2 tsp salt or to taste
2 cups water
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 tbsp amchar massala
1 tbsp geera powder

Hi all, I tried this just now for the first time. Was a bit scared to try. Husband send that the mango needed cooking a little more. So I just boiled some water and added it to the finished product and cook it down. My next attempt will be better.
