I am from India. We make it somewhat like this, we just use either yogurt or buttermilk instead of water. Glad to know about Trinu food.

Where did you purchase that stoneware dutch oven?

It's from @ourplace ( frying pan) pot used is aluminum coated from TJMaxx

@@TriniCookingwithNatasha Thanks much, but it does look like stoneware. I don't use Aluminum period. Be safe.
