Since McMillan has said the game is supposed to be based on mtg, its easy to follow a lot of its mindset for the game. Therefore the right order at a start of a turn would be untap, upkeep for effects, and then draw, so Luke did exactly right with his 2 of clubs

Also the way i explain it to others is that effect activate in reverse order. So if i play something in reaction to my loot draw it resolves as effect then loot draw

New editor? Casue the cards look wierd as hell without the rounded corners, both them and the "hud" are to low res, and the video is only in 720 instead of 1080. Theres also some strange editing were the effects come to quick at 4:35. And the meme at 9:00 is very over used as by that pont it has been used nearly once a minute in the video. The callback to the video were Brett and Dave rolls over the table is litteraly in 240p at 16:35

Here's an idea to make things fair for the losers. Since Dave has 8 wins, Luke and Brett get to have additional treasures to make up for their losses. Since Luke has 4, he gets 4 more. Brett has 1 so he gets 7 more. With each win, they lose 1 treasure until they're tied score with Dave!

Yes, you can play 2 of Clubs before you draw your loot card at the start of your turn. The reason is because you can play/activate any card in response to anything, including "start of your turn", "drawing a loot card", or even "untapping 2 of Clubs".
