Custom go cart 350 rocket Open headers

Pieced together with stuff laying around, no brakes at this point...what a machine! First speed test run. No rear suspension yet. doing donuts in the field

Great choice of engine, 350R we used to have an Oldsmobile 1977 Cutlass Supreme with one of those in it.. the thing was puke green, but Damn that thing could haul balls.. We finally had to get rid of it because the Brakes fucked up and the transmission only had reverse. I could fix it now, but back then I had no mechanical skills I was only about 7 yrs old.. I still remember that shit though..

If it's a Chevy 350, don't worry, those things eat dirt for breakfast. Can your Ford or Dodge pass smog with two bad jugs, Chevy TBI's can, best 350 ever hands down, run circles around that 351 or 360. Chrysler makes a pretty good 318 and 360 FI, got to give them that.

and BTW, the first time it rains while you are wirding that thing.. or hit a huge water hole and get water in the "headers" its going to stall out then flood the cylinders with water. this is the reason you face the exhaust backwards...
