CUSTOM ICONS, CHARGES, & BARS w/ WeakAuras | World of Warcraft

The only thing better than World of Warcraft is Belle Delphine, & the only thing better than Belle Delphine is playing World of Warcraft with Belle Delphine. And with WeakAuras, you can create your own custom, well, anything, so why not make custom Belle Delphine buffs? Ahaha, here's how to create your very own customized icons, skill charges, & progress bars, enjoy!

I made a transparent icon so I can add border glows to my spells based on procs and other stuff I care about

Hey, great video but my fallback icon 'folder' in weakaura is empty and i cannot get it to load anything :/ , do you know what the issue might be?
