Hey I'm interested in the gasket you make for the 4b11. What are the recommended torque specs?

This would be ideal for drag cars or for racers that have the oil pan off often, after x amounts of passes or races etc, it would get bothersome having to redo the rtv every time where as with this you buy it once your set.

The 6 bolt 4g63 hasn't needed a gasket for 30 plus years. Why would it need one now? This is a solution to an issue that doesn't exist.

Just keep going with your RTV then. Just because it didn’t come with one doesn’t mean one wouldn’t be nice to have. Some people like living in the stone ages and some like the advancements in life. Do You !

I used rtv on my oil pan and had to pry my old pan off with a pry bar destroying it completely. Got a new pan and don't want a repete with the new one. Maybe if I do a crappy job with rtv on this one it might come off easier.
