don't go vegan, whenever your farmer drives to his fields or uses his machines to cut the plants he kills and cripples thousands of animals, just saying. And the plants themselves contain little animals, parts of them you don't see. So it is nearly impossible to go really vegan.

Frank huh, a true enough statement. most people who are serious about being vegan go organic too, no large farms, GMO's etc. But yeah that is a good point!

Karen Widner thanks. Just thinking: If more people would go vegan and of course by that one would need more little farms, them all together would be one large farm. Still the farmer has to walk to his field, stepping on many little animals, wash the salad and drown bugs etc. Not to mention the birds, mice etc. that needed those insects to survive or the plants to nest. If we really would want to not be responsible for the death of animals, we would not be allowed to walk, especially not to step on grass. How often do we kill ants etc. just because we do not notice them.

Frank And you forgot all those "bazillions" of microbes and bacteria you kill when you brush your teeth, showerr or by washing your dishes etc... And aren't Plants creatures too ? To cut them out only cause they have no eyes is so mean . ;-)
