Compared to what? Arnold at 300 pounds with his detail and shape would overwhelm everyone. Look how good he was in pumping iron and he was down 20-30 pounds from his best in 71

@thejourneyman8890
@thejourneyman8890 Жыл бұрын
@@vinceyoung5912 I don't think the adaptation would be significant. Hadi, Derek, Sampson, Andrew Jacked, Ramy, Krizo, all have better structure, shape, insertions and conditioning. Hell I think Shawn Clarida could beat him. Shawn is complete and always absolutely peeled, he's just short. He almost beat Ramy at the Arnold this year. Arnold would have to pose differently, bring up his legs and bring in better conditioning to be competitive. But again, the problem is, everyone just has better genetics.

Milos is a real scientist of bodybuilding. I've followed him for a long time and it was always time well spent. He can back up everything he says he always could, one of best Olympia physiques and still looks great. Coach of the year for sure! Jay is an open minded and method-driven bodybuilder and mentor and I respect his career and the accomplishments.

Milos was struggling trying to finish the question smh. Lee Haney would easily be competitive. I don't understand Matt. He questioned Lee who last show was 257. But didn't question Jay.. then it was, he is 3-4" shorter. Lee in the modern area would be CRAZY. Also he says Dorian would be but he never was under 260.. 257. HE said he lost conditioning over that weight. Be consistent. And Ronnies best years Arnold Classic and that O, he was 248!!

Jay is my all time fave. Jay, Phil and Ronnie are the greatest Mr O physiques at this point in my opinion. It’s going to be tough for anyone to duplicate their success-especially in terms of longevity. Mass, detail and condition; the human body is not capable of getting any better without being a casualty. Look how healthy Jay is at 50 👊🏼💪🏼

The answer to your question how much is $100k worth today vs in 1991. Adjusting for inflation at 2.52% would make it worth $221,821 in 2023.

Milos is the man. Listening to this, and in my opinion, I really don’t think you can compare someone or some event even from 10-40 years ago vs today. When someone says “at their best” your talking about at their best during that time. The bar has been continually raised over the past 40 years… so of course the competitors from back then would internally raise their own bar to compete today.

Milos is a mad lad. Cutler is 50 year old. What's the point of getting on a cycle and gaining 10 pounds of muscle ? He's much better getting leaner, downsizing a little bit and getting healthier without counponds. Encouraging higher PED dosages for health benefits is insane.

27g slin is perfect for me. If lean enough and go straight in as in square on then push a little more so the pin goes an extra 2-3mm deeper it's an IM shot not subQ. People say it has to be deep within the muscle but I've done deep shots and shallow IM shots and their is no difference whatsoever. I'm on 350mg test blend atm and it's painless in glute with a slin pin. Love the show.

Greetings all, what are your thoughts on Lee Haney? Personally I think he’s overrated, yes he had good conditioning and great symmetry but there’s no wow factor/ pose you could pull out. Arnold, front double biceps, side chest and the twisted arms in front poses. Frank zane Vacuum abs pose, yates back double and most musclar, Ronnie front and back double biceps, Jay with the Quad stomp front and back double biceps and the front abs pose. Same with Phil Heath overrated compared to the names I’ve mentioned?

Love managermatt’s humor and input on some things, but he should stay away from discussing diets, dosages and reference ranges. Like seriously what are you doing with 1200 test ng/dL? What is it for? Is there anybody out there who would want to look like managermatt? Complete antithesis of performance or aesthetics. Managermatt should do Masters Olympia prep lets see you get in shape.

Manager Matt how do you bring up height to weight ratios when you literally had Phil Heath on the podcast few months ago and he told you he was 228 pounds at prejudge in 2011 and barely 230 at finals? 2011 beats everyone that's ever stepped on stage other than 98, 99,03 Coleman and 09 Cutler and maybe 1 year in Dorians run. Everybody else he smokes at a bodyweight of 228 pounds at 5'9. Lol. What's the point of bringing up height to weight ratio? Literally means nothing.
