I totally relate to that bit of body dysphoria and I'm glad to see other girls talking about it! Where I live the average height for a girl is 160~165, but I'm 175, so I always stand out and feel too big and out of place. My body is pretty average, but I feel like i'm huge most of the time, always brushed off the feeling, until I had a boyfriend who told me "you're so petite, i don't want to hug you too tight because I feel like I might break you" and that made extremely happy, i hadn't realized how much it actually impacted me feeling that i wasn't "feminine" enough.

If you're not up for getting bloody fingertips then I'd brace yourself cause it gets a bit bloody but as you practice insertion and removal it gets easier and less messy

Baileyy M if you get a nice small MeLuna cup they're great for beginners because they come in a lot of different sizes, shapes and consistencies. I hated the first cup I ever bought (the moon cup) but I love the one I use now and I'm soooo glad I gave it a second chance as it can be a real life saver when you're caught short + I've saved a ton of money on other period products. I basically love it. Just do loads of research before you buy

cats cats I've kind of felt that. Like I am thick boned and I had so many growth spurts, and even with them and how much I played outside and did sports as a kid, I was always very plump and thick and big boned, with wide feet. So with the combination of being bi, and not being delicate (and taking ballet kind of drove that home too despite my grace lol) I felt that sometimes. And now I'm overweight with big boob's lol. And I do adore beautiful androgyny. So I'm not even really masculine looking, I don't wear things that make me seem more masculine either. But I do sometimes feel like a big shreky lump xD And I feel like I'm more of a big boyish Shrek lump than Dodie looks (I think she looks delicate, and maybe what she sees is just the way she holds herself or her posture). But I have definitely felt the feeling strike me, especially around more delicate or petite girls.

I cut my hair to a long pixie style in late July of 2016 after having super long hair almost my whole life and I have no regrets!!! I would recommend it everyone. Just make sure you research different styles that would look good on you, show pictures to your stylist and make sure you go to a good place. Don't worry if you don't like it at first, it took me a second try to find the perfect style that I love. Only downside is that if you're having a bad hair day there really nothing you can do about it except put 50 bobby pins in it and hope for the best.

Yes. I'm always so afraid to do anything that would make myself appear even a bit masculine, because I'm already feel like I'm doing such a bad job of being a girl that it's like I don't want people to see through my disguise. Most of my friends have always been guys, but I'm quite feminine in my appearance (e.g. long hair and lots of dresses--although I'm not comfortable with some super-girly stuff). But I'm outdoorsy, and good at fixing things, and really hard to gross out, etc, and it is just so difficult to reconcile the two sides. I know they shouldn't have to be two sides, but I can't help it. And then throw in a little sexuality confusion to make matters worse--I'm probably at least some shade of bisexual, but I'm so afraid that being masculine in any way will just make people judge, or that I need a track record with guys before I can be anything less than girly...hello internalized homophobia. It's a mess. Can anyone relate?

2. You should definately yolo it. 3. Same over here. I have been self concious about my shoulders for some time but, as you say, it's all about self love. 4. Try to treat yourself like you would treat others like when you see someone in the street you don't start pointing out every single one of their flaws, you try to think positively about them. Do the same with yourself. Look in the mirror and just say that you look fucking flawless. It'll take time, and there will be bad days, but it'll be good in the long run. Work it, girl!!

Tabby Ellis as for your second question, I would go for it! Almost a year ago now I cut off my two feet of hair, and I still don't regret it! Just going for it is so much easier than antagonizing over it for months (like I did lol) and even if you don't like it, your hair will eventually grow back.

I've been debating about cutting my hair for months and months and every time I watched this video I wanted to. My hair was about 14.5 inches long before I cut it. Now it is close to my jawline AND OH MY GOSH I LOVE IT SO MUCH! I was worried about it looking too flat since my hair is very thin, BUT IT ACTUALLY HAS VOLUME! Also, it makes me look happier. It makes me look older. And I love it. It matches my body very nicely. It makes my eyes pop, makes my face look more defined, and oml it's just so cute! If you want to go short but have thin hair, it will actually help with volume most likely. Also my hair is healthy and soft now
