Our gear is a popular discussion point amongst those who watch our videos. Watch part 1 of a 4 part series, which will be aired over the next few weeks, and learn more about the trusty Leatherman Tools we use to rescue seals.
Cutting the Line premieres online on June 8 2023, World Oceans Day, and will be available to watch through Vimeo On Demand. Vimeo is a trusted on-demand platform. All it will require is a quick sign-up and a small payment for you to view the premiere. Why do you have to pay? If the film is aired for free online, it won’t be eligible for film festivals or any potential broadcast or streaming distribution in the future. As amazing as all the OCN team members are, hats off to @Leatherman for supporting them with perfect tools for the tasks met while rescuing seals. Thank you @Leatherman 🙏🏻 I love that the team's Raptors are personalized; I used to work at sea as an engineer, we also had to have tool boxes in our pockets to save constantly having to run up and down the 4+ floors of the engineroom to fetch tools from the workshop so we all guarded our own Leatherman multi tools, and marked identifying marks on tools like adjustable spanners with marker or paint pens, or a more permanent marking achieved painstakingly with a centre punch and hammer, 1 dot at a time 😁
