I got rid of mines using knee sleeves / straps and improving my technique. It depends on what issues you have, I have flat feet so it inverts my feet, knee, hips and different way, try and look at Squat university channel.

What is cutting for if it's not just for aesthetics and making weight for a fight? Otherwise, I don't see cutting useful if you're training purely for strength. I do find useful however, intermittent fasting/gut cleansing, parasite killing because of the huge amounts of foods consumed.

Can improve insulin sensitivity which will help you put on muscle mass. Also if you lose wt it can resolve any sleep apnea issues you may have if you're a heavy bloke. This will improve energy as you are having netter quality sleep.

Cutting improves health and recovery. You gain quality mass then quicker as well as strength.
