I'm loving the way your describing how and why your doing what your actually doing . I was a bit puzzled by the fact you were having a longer bit to 1 side than you did on the merge. ( I started watching a few minutes after the explanation) Then later it became clear . The shape of the headers needs one to be able to be seperated. Went back and started the vid over to be sure . Came out very nice matching the lines of the engine and the muffler matches the frame . Great informative vid thanks

Thank you Gary! I feel there has been a lack of explanation when people build stuff so I go the extra mile to explain my reasoning as I go. Thanks for checking it out!

Silly I know but I keep coming back to these 2 videos on the exhaust . It's just a simple video and easy to watch the development of how the pipes come in. to shape

Thanks man! Once you have one you start thinking of different things you can make with some more precision. The trade off now is that it only highlights how much more I need a lathe. Snowball effect.

On the 650 motor what's on the bottom of the oil pan the thing that's bolted to the bottom is it to clean the pickup screen
@BrickHouseBuilds4 жыл бұрын
The 650 engines had an actual removable oil sump for extra oil capacity.

I'm trying to find the video that shows how you actually connect the rear cowl to the frame. Also I'm wondering how does the seat cover or material attach to the metal pan?
@BrickHouseBuilds Жыл бұрын
The cowl just has 3 screws on a frame. The seat material just gets glued to the pan.
