Thanks Root Junky. I've had the tab pro 8.4 sm-t320 since it came out and put CYANOGENMOD on it right away. It's my daily driver and works exceptionally well. May go to CM13. Great video!

I was very skeptical about putting CyanogenMod 13 on my Tab Pro 8.4 because of how well it ran on Kitkat, but I can confirm that the nightlies from February 26th seems almost flawless! I am casting my screen and using and a Bluetooth mouse and keyboard while setting up my device. Thank you for your help, RootJunky!

No need to flash supersu, Root is built in every cm rom.

i've updated my galaxy tab pro for 6.0, but all the apps doesn't work, just the warning: Google play services must be update! ok then i download the .zip gapps and install, but the message does not desapear... then i try the reset all configurations (erase the tablet by option in menu) but now i just see the Black screen with the "Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro t320" on scrreen nothing happens, help me. galaxy tab pro 10.1, stock Android (4.4 i believe) rooted, no custom backup yet. question(s) i dont remember, does custom Rom override and get rid of KNOX? i would imagine it does... can I use Clockwork for recovery instead, TWRP is good, I'm just partial to CWR and finally, know if there is any love yet for the 10.1 version? (xda forum currently down as i write this)

I tried to update Cyanogen Mod 13 on my Samsung Galaxy Tab pro 8.4 inch running team win recovery and it said it was compatible with CyanogenMod updates but when I updated it I got stuck in a boot loop and I had to reflash CyanogenMod all over again and it was frustrating can you tell me how to update without getting in a boot loop again or what I did wrong

Not sure if Knox is all that great, but it's sure 0x1 now. Ok so your warranty is gone. but, is knox itself also b&ed now. or can I restock and use Knox again.

This was great! One question though: Is there any way to retain or get back some specific features of this particular model once you've successfully installed marshmallow? I use the split screen feature all the time. Also some of the Samsung apps like SNote.

Hello, love your videos but the CM 13 does not work properly for me. Tried the CM 14 and it works but the camera does not work. and the links you have in the description are not all working. can you refer me some other ROMS I could try? prefferebly android 6.0 or 7.x because the whole reason I rooted and installed custom rom on my device is to make my sd card writeble again. I did it with 7.1 formating it like internal storage but then I can't use the tablet's internal storage and I dont have camera as I mentioned

I downloaded and installed the cyanogenmod 13 here with the help of this video I've been using it for about 2 months but couple days ago the last update on 3/26/16 my screen stays with the cyanogenmod face and the round with flashing ad it stays there, it doesn't start anymore, it can stay like that for 20 minutes nothing happens. Is there anyway you can help to go back or do anything about it.

I updated to the tablet to cyanogenmod 13 couple days ago but, my SD card was inside the whole time I have plenty of music n pictures like 18 GB on a 32gb SD card. but with the update neither the music or pictures appear on the tablet. I know its there but tablet can add SD for some reason.

hi rootjunky, thanks to your video I managed to install CM for this tablet. now I would like to update to a newer lineage rom, but dont know how to do this. dont want to get my device bricked. the vol up + home + power button just brings me to an CM recovery menu instead the twrp... do I have to do that odin stuff again? Is this compatible with the SM-T325 (i.e. Samsung Tab pro 8.4 LTE)? AFAIK the WiFi Ver. is the SM-T320. The SM-T321 on the other hand, is UTMS (3G Only). Myself I need the SM-T325 version for my Phablet.

Running this Build since like exactly when rootjunky published this video, 1,5 year or so, i still runs smooth, buttery fast, and made this tablet more alive and eye catcher for people seeying my tablet. Im a little bit greedy because i wanted to check out if there is an android nougat 7.0 build ready? I know cyanogenmod like vanished but hope theyre is a community still workin on custom roms. From 50 to 16 percent in just several minutes didn't mean it drained a lot, it just means it's a FALSE reading Your battery needs to be re-calibrated (using a battery calibration app) after flashing new roms because it needs to remove the ''batterystats.bin'' in your system file. I will however try out this new Rom once it stabilizes, thanks for this video! One question here dude, any bugs you found so far? How's the battery life? thanks
