CyberPower CST135XLU Battery Replacement

You need phillips screwdriver, two 12V 7.0 - 9.0 AH Sealed Lead-Acid or Lead-Calcium batteries (check size) and have small pliers available. Both batteries MUST be same voltage, capacity and type. Don't mix old and new. Takes about 15 minutes to do. Disconnect AC power before opening the unit and recycle old batteries. Good luck.

Look again. As UPS is oriented facing the camera, Left side: Black cable goes to Battery Black (-) Yellow cable goes to Battery Red (+). Right side: Red cable goes to Battery Red (+) Yellow goes to Battery Black (-) I noticed that after I finished video. That's why I added text to the bottom of the screen so you know where cables need to connect.

where did you purchase the replacement batteries that came with spade adapters?

Batteries from Home Depot came with adapters. Batteries+ store sell batteries with many different connectors. Adapters sold separately. They also take your old batteries for recycling.

Is 9.0ah the biggest that will fit??

My local Batteries+ store had that size batteries only up to 9Ah. I have not looked elsewhere.
