Cyberpunk Red Combat Zone: An Amazing Entry Wargame

I just found this video after purchasing the game at Adepticon and not really knowing much about it. Thanks for the high-level overview, it was just what I needed. FWIW, the Monster Fight Club booth was busy every time I went by and lots of people were checking out their stuff. They told me the next print run of the Combat Zone core box was currently in customs and they would be shipping out copies in the next week or two. They seemed to have plenty of expansion boxes available. I bought an Arasaka starter gang, 'cause I got an exclusive Arasaka mini when I ordered the starter box. They had a tournament with 8-10 people going yesterday... looked pretty fun, although just like you mention in this video, the terrain was pretty sparse. (Lots of cargo containers) I'm looking forward to trying this game out in 2024... looks like a blast. EDIT: Oh yeah, some people were getting Geonosians in their Adepticon swag bags, so those must be available out in the wild now or soon. Defend the Confederacy!

Not much people seem to be talking about this game which is a shame, played it on TTS with a friend. We had a blast playing for hours, a lot of potential imo

Infinity cardboard terrain packs are another option for some good cyberpunk terrain.

That not enough token thing really irritated me and the terrain IS really spare so thank you ETSY took care of both of those things.

Yep, The token thing is probably my biggest issue with the box set, and it's only short by like 2 as well

For Cyberpunk terrain, it's good to set fights in more industrial areas. You can get a lot of really good industrial MDF terrain from companies like TT Combat.

Excited to see more combat zone! Subbed! I know it's already fairly saturated and probably hard to get views. But I personally love to see some painting as well. Just an idea.

The main issue with painting is my own insecurities, I am what I would call a 6/10 mini painter, and the idea of blasting that skill level across the internet worries me

Battlesystems has great terrain, if you're okay with cardboard terrain

I have looked at them, my issue with cardboard terrain is that in my luck it crumbles over time
