I tried tracking my cycle as a form of birth control without using technology or doing any research. My 'happy little accident' will be 24 years old this year!

Once again we're on the same page lol! I have been trying to cycle sync my life as well in order to work WITH my body and not against it and it has been a complete gamechanger, wow. I can schedule things more intentionally now and like you said it's not a strict strict thing but being aware of what I'm capable of at any given time during a month is powerful.
