I got a Redodo 50ah, which is almost as big, and not much cheaper. It said the low temp charge only goes down to 0°C, so I would not consider it "low temp".

Yea that's what I was thinking, it didn't state it but another tester tried it , must have been a different model.

Following the link, the largest option I see is 30ah. 10, 20, and 30. Am I missing something? Seems too good to be true to have 100ah packed into that size!

Not sure what's up, but can't actually find this on Amazon. They show a 100AH batt in their products but when you try to click through to it, it loops back to a 10AH bat. Not sure if it's actually available yet or not. I have 5 of LiTimes 100AH "mini", which is roughly the same size. Seem to be working great so far, and actually available. Wish they had a low temp cut-off though, that seems like a very minor feature to include, but nope.

I bet the charger that comes on most RV trailers wont work with this. What charger would work?

I listed a charger in the description that I use and they make a bigger option also. It is Blue Tooth and will tell you the state of charge. Your on board battery won't give 100% charge, on my motorhome I rely on my solar panel to top it off.

That is a really small battery. smaller is better in my book. And for the price, that is really good.
