Michelle, just ignore the haters cuz some people aren’t happy unless they’re bringing others down or putting them down. Plus they forget some artists lose their voices and it’s not always an age thing. I love Madonna too for 39 years and finally got to see her live for her 40th anniversary greatest hits tour and of course people tore her down for how she dressed cuz of her age? If you don’t like the person DONT watch them or go somewhere that there’s fans of that artist just to be hateful. I’ve never understood it. Maybe it’s cuz I’m going to be 50 soon and didn’t have the internet when I was in my teens lol, but I’ve seen people much older than me being vial too. Either way, I love Cyndi, always have and always will. I hope to be able to afford to go to the Farewell Tour ❤

Mumbling into the microphone, no projection, back up singer had to help bring her up. Guitar was definitely too loud in the mix, but maybe because she can't project her voice through the mix, not sure turning up her microphone would help, sooner or later it will cause distortion and feedback. @@KristenBray-mt6ig It is sad, but why do we consider it sad? It becomes sad if an artist "performs beyond his or her performances" I think, for a lot of artists, it is (long)time to call it a day but moreover: their audience to grow up and stop pretending that everything in life must go on for ever and forever. Let our recollections of the eighties in our minds prevail above the unstoppable desire from people keeping seeing those - once brilliant - artists. When is an artist allowed to go with pension is the direct question here? Not at 71, obviously. Not by herself, not by the audience who is strangely denying this is a horrible performance from someone way way overdue her artistic and physical strenght and worthyness.
@thomaskamphuis25862 ай бұрын
@@KristenBray-mt6ig One more remark: why is it, in the western world, we never seem to want to grow up? Why is it such a terror to embrace Autumn or Winter in our life? Is life obliged to us to go on forever and ever? Sometimes it seems that way, considering your remark. And I find that strange. (Freddy Mercury once sang: Who wants to live forever?)

Time after time, showing her true colors as a loving legend, letting the music flow despite age, thank you for not backing down. So glad you still perform. Honestly when it comes, back up singers and an electric chair. Keep going! We still need you to remind us of our true colors and how to let them shine.

Se escucha desfasado el guitarrista...No esta en el tiempo correcto...Me incomoda!🙄 Lo peor que nadie se da cuenta? ...Solo la cantante Cyndi? Se le extraña el guitarrista original!😭

I'm ashamed to say I'm not very familiar with the lady behind this song, but this is such a classic. My parents and their generation jam to songs like this. Music really does transcend time.

Why would you be ashamed of not knowing something? With all that there is to know, are you ashamed for not knowing everything? Shame on you..!
@justapottatu2 ай бұрын
@@charlesmacias306 oh I was just trying to emphasize how I feel not knowing who the artist is behind the legendary song.. But of course there is nothing to ashamed of of not knowing everything, because if we say that about us humans who can never know everything, then should we be ashamed of ourselves now? It's just an expression I used, no need to reply aggressively :)

Da pena Cindy, la voz puede conservarse cuidándola, obvió que no lo hacen por su estilo de vida desordenado...
