As someone who flew regularily with the original Cyprus Airways back in the 90s and early 2000's it's good to see the name back, even though it's a "new" Airline and I'm still nostalgic for the old Cyprus Airways livery (actual both the pre and post 2002 ones, especially the pre 2002 was iconic to me as a child :D) I'm still kinda confused who now actually owns the new one. I read they originate from the russian S7, but then also some sources mention owners in the UAE or something?
