The CZ75 isnt a very good pistol. I know the weapon has a huge mag, but that's about it. I think the gun is too weak, which makes this video mildly ironic as well. I gave my "presentation" some upgrades to give a better feel. I want to be less "powerpointy" and more "professional" if you will. Hopefully I took a step in the right direction. Cheers folks!

That was actually something that Ghosts did; they gave the option for all shotguns to use slug rounds instead of buckshot.

The CZ has one saving grace. When dual wielded, pistols lose the quick drop time. The CZ doesn't. Dual wield also lowers the raise time to 0.3 seconds.

Actually we use pretty many of the same calibers as we did a few decades back. The 9mm (the bullet the CZ75 uses, and EXTREMELY popular today) was first used in WWI (yes, World War ONE) by the Germans in their Luger, and the .45 ACP, the higher powered round the 1911 is chambered in, was used in that exact same conflict (in the 1911, which, you know, is still used today).

One of the weirdest things about the CZ75 is that Dual Wield actually uses quick drop/raise. As far as I can tell, it's the only Dual Wield pistol in the game like that. However, it also has a _very_ long sprint out time (50% longer than all other pistols), so you have to be extra careful not to be caught when sprinting. It also has additional recoil when used Dual Wield, all of the recoil values get 10 points bigger. I didn't think the extra recoil made too much of a difference, but considering the guns pull up with every shot, it may be something. Might also explain why Dual Wield Full Auto CZ75's in the campaign have so much recoil, because you're getting two different recoil amplifiers. Because of it, I actually like the Dual Wield CZ75 as a quick CQC bullet hose. It allows you to hold yourself surprisingly well up close compared to a less nimble primary, but you can't do a lot of running around with it lest you get caught mid-sprint.

the pistols were two to three hit kills with stopping power in mw2. The magnum and deagle were pistols that didn't require SP for their two hit kill. The range reduction and removal of SP are the only real changes.

I can think of good reasons to choose this over the ASP or Python after your review. If you plan to use your pistol a lot, it's probably the best one to go with. A high capacity and lots of ammo is what you need then. So it's ideal for a sniper class, at least until you can find a dropped primary on the ground to swap out with.

Absolutely. At least smg sway, probably closer to assault rifle when it is in full auto. When it is semi-auto give it normal pistol sway.

Its not that the pistols are just weak, its the fact that they are all essentially cones of each other except the python. Compare this with the powerful diverse secondaries in bo2.

i think secondaries should be something that your comfortable to fall back on when your primary runs out of ammo, not something you worry about having to use while searching for another gun.

I find some of those attachments to be more useful than you give them credit for IN THE RIGHT SITUATION. I find the CZ silent to be an excellent choice with the Silent Spas. You stay suppressed and you can finish off your enemy if you really need to. If you are running an SMG w/ Steady Aim then the Akimbo CZs are your friend. The key stat with the Akimbo CZ that you actually didn't mention is that it has the pull out time as the single CZ which is unique compared to how the other pistols are.

Since I have an ungodly fast trigger finger I actually really like using an Extended Mag on my CZs. It's actually the 7th most used gun on my combat record with around 1.7k kills. That being said I can see where you're coming from and it was a definite step down...but not so much, sure MW2 had pseudo-primaries for their secondaries, but still.

I like the balance of the secondaries in Blops. Secondaries should not be able to stand up to primaries. They should not be able to be used as primaries. Pistols are for finishing off a damaged enemy if your primary's clip runs empty during a firefight.

Full auto also give you the range of the silenced version, the only good thing about full auto is theres no sway.

Z - In most dialects of English, the letter's name is zed reflecting its derivation from the Greek zeta but in American English, its name is zee, deriving from a late 17th century English dialectal form. BOTH pronunciations are correct. But I do find it interesting that the American version was derived from English whereas the zed version was derived from Greek.

i love the cz75b, i have a 1.31 kill/death ratio with it (which IMO is good for a backup weapon) and if you play HC you can get 1-2 hit kills plenty easey.

@roofermike2007 for the record, the pistols in mw2 have a better ranged use, contain the same damage potential, and instead of a measly 625 rpm, its got a 1200 rpm, something i can almost hit with my own trigger finger use, relient on stopping power? not quite, but it helps, btw, for the semi auto guns with 1200 rpm, try doing what i do, i alternate m middle finger and index finger, when one leaves the trigger, the other presses it down almost as soon as its let go of.

@LeQuack147 I play on PC, mainly Euro servers. What can I say, maybe there is more teamwork on PC; they know the team benefit of clearing the skies. I see people shooting Strelas all the time, as soon as "Enemy attack helicopter!" is announced there is a scramble to shoot it down, most of the time it is shot down before it gets a single kill. Main killstreaks on PC are RC-XD, napalm, mortars, carpet bomb and dogs: Because there are NO counters to those. The are key in breaking defences.

@F3ARS0lDiEr I used to think that way too about carrying it with a sniper, until I gave the Python more of a chance. I won a lot more gun fights with the Python. If you can master the visual recoil, the two hit kill is extremely effective. And on top of that it's easier to hip fire and you pull it out faster too.

every1 is entitled to their opinion... but amish, we r on the same page about how pathetic the rapid fire is. its the only pistol i use n i rock e-mag. i tried the mak n the colt - didnt like em. i used the the python for a while with speed reloader - it got me more deaths than kills. cz75 with e-mag is the best all around pistol because of 18 in the clip, descent reload time, and the ability to kill 3-4 ppl w/o reloading. awesome video.

I always assumed that treyarch purposely nerfed the pistols, because of the amount of second chance complaints in WAW, it seems a simple effective solution to the problem. and the pistols still do there job with the quick raise/drop time. but ah maybe its just me.

Actually amish, the CZ75 is actually the best pistol to use with the surpressor. It has the highest capacity, a good fire rate, and great accuracy. All other pistols [with the surpressor available] have lower capacities, meaning that it could take more then one magazine to kill someone.

I never said spawns were fixed, and I especially hate Hardhat and Mission for the horrible respawns, so that's an agreement we share. Black Ops had its moments, such as amazing customization options for both player and weapons, and plenty of new "toys" that other CoDs never touched. It just seemed like the few overpowered weapons and killstreaks threw the whole game off balance.

In mw2 most weapons killed in 2 hits with stopping power, and the pistols did as well, in black ops most weapons kill in 3 hits, and the pistols do as well, although I do think there should be more variety in secondaries, the pistols haven't been nerfed too much. Allso, about the range-you're not supposed to use pistols at range anyway, at least I never do.

i agree. i have a CZ 75 pistol. it is my daily carry pistol (ya, i CCW a full size pistol. get over it). so, you can imagine my enthusiasm when i unlocked the virtual version; and you can imagine my rage... (it sounded a lot like Goku when he first went super saiyan 3) when i found that the virtual gun was NOTHING like the real thing. CZ's are known for their accuracy. at least give it a better kill rate! that is all i have time to bitch about, as i am running out of words to type in this messa

Man, I can't catch a break with pistols. In MW2 I preferred the M9. I would have used it with a silencer most of the time, but of coarse it was glitched and didnt work. In BO NONE of the pistols are even practical with a silencer.
