Watched a lot of D-Lo film this weekend and I noticed he has a little bend in his knee that goes in on his spot up jumper idk if that helps with his shooting but I tried it out today and it helped my drastically

Thanks for the video.. I've been studying his type of shooting, as with Steph's.. I believe it's the 1-motion shot? I struggle with the 3 range with my form, so I tried implementing his motion, and it works. However, don't know, sometimes I feel like I'm doing it wrong lol. There will be games where I just clank, and I'm guessing I over think my motion too much. And games where the hoop is the ocean, making 3-4 in a row. Even from a bit further than I'm used to. I should probably practice the shot more though, just to be more consistent. Again, thanks for the video.

What I need is something to boost my confidence up. Whenever I play street ball or I play with my friends I play great because I have a lot of confidence but when I play for my league or when I try out for my highschool team most of that confidence goes away or it's not consistent and sometimes I have it and sometimes I don't causing me to play at a much lower level than the one I know I can play at. If you have any tips to help a player boost his confidence then can you please make a video about it or reply to my comment? I would appreciate it a lot if you did because I'm sure I'm not the only one with this problem and you can help those people out too.

Coach I noticed that D'angelo brings the ball up from the right side of his body even tho he's left handed and I think that if he was able to do what Steph curry doe by bringing the ball over to his left hand before he shoots that he would shoot a better percentage from 3 any thoughts?

when I shoot I make sure that my fingers point toward the basket when I release the ball sort of like if I was trying to stick my fingers in the middle of the basket, and when I do this I notice that my shot most likely goes in. is that a good technique or is it just luck that my shot goes it?
