Really great video Shane. I do and I like updating all my figures. I never added the patch though. I'm going to give that one a shot. I usually just paint or add a decal for the patch. But that looks like it that might add extra detail pretty cool. again great video as always

Nice job, great attention to detail! Like how you got the hand to grip the bren gun.

thanks mate, was a lot of fun seeing how much detail I could get out of this figure

Hi Great figure session i am working on something similar infantry supporting an ARVE mortar Churchill tank against a bunker defence I would like to do the veil mesh but unsure what it is when i looked online can you supply the details please so I can order some for my British troops thank.
@longlance674 жыл бұрын
thanks mate glad you found it to be helpful! Unfortunately I can't give you specifics regarding the mesh I found my example in some packaging form some Christmas decorations, though if you good or ebay veil mesh and for go the finest gauge you can and you can't go wrong there

HI SHANE. FORGIVE ME FOR ASKING AGAIN. WHAT TYPE OF PUTTY DO YOU USE/RECOMMEND FOR MAKING FLAGS-TOWELS ETC? THANKS AGAIN, TODD
@longlance676 жыл бұрын
Hi todd, no worries at all my friend. I normally use either milliput white or greenstuff, both are good options for sculpting towels and the like, if you need any more advice dont hesitate to ask

You make it look so simple mate. Making gun slings is my least favourite part of figures. I tend to use tin foil for mine as it's a bit more sturdy I always rip tape when I try with that. Nice work the helmet looks fab I look forward to the next vid

I would recommend using Tamiya Tape with a fresh blade and you wont run into any problems thanks mate

Masking tape as a weapon sling? Why haven't i thought about it earlier? Why haven't I watched this video before cutting paper and using a carpenter glue to make a weapon sling? Why?!
@longlance676 жыл бұрын
worry not, a lot of people have never used this method as the use of paper and foil are more well known within our community but I've always swear by Tamiya tape for years now
