From that perspective, he well educated, well read, well versed in African Studies more than people with degrees, but I'm just more concerned about the frat taking in honorary members! He's done a lot for the black community, so he fits the mold there, but will he complete the process is the question and be a real friend! But this is a conversation that I would have in discretion!

Derick Cornelius these celebrities get honorary degrees as well which I think is bogus . They didn’t earn them they just made a large donation. Basically they paid for the honorary degree. It’s not worth anything even the paper it’s printed on.

P Diddy didn't finish Business school but he run a 800 Million dollars business that crossed all of the factions of business and much more. None of y'all know the process that these brothers went through. Being honorary members doesn't mean they were not duly initiated members. Respect. As a D9 member, I have nothing but the utmost respect for whatever the organizations deem appropriate for their intake process. Stop with this "crabs in a bucket mentality," and detracting from their experience. This is how people are getting killed nowdays through hazing incidents trying to prove a point.
