For those unfamiliar with this band-- this was the way Kent announced their finish-- the last album and tour as one of Sweden's most successful bands. I'm not a "Kent expert" although I did enjoy them so this is my take-- many of the shots are of previous album covers and songs (the plane, the tiger, the running girl, the woman on horseback, woman in the tunnel, the dogs, etc.) It's as if Death is rounding up everything from the past and bringing it back together one last time, for one last march. Då Som Nu För Alltid means Then As Now Forever.

@@PPdabest - As have I (I'am 54yrs old) and I think that this is a bloody great effort, seeing's how, as the bloke in the very first Post in the whole comment section put it, "It's as if Death was rounding everything from the past ..... for one last March", it's apparently the Band's last Album, so I think what there trying to go for is something like "O.K, let's Sing It Again, Sam" one last time, and saying to their audience as well, "You Must Remeber This", as the title in English apparently means "Then As Now, Forever" , witch just such a cool thing a message perhaps ti their most ardent fans, that they will ALWAYS be there for them, that they may not be together now, or ever again, but, don't be afraid to still march on, into the future with hope, peace and maybe a more than a little love in your heart!!

to be honest, i NEVER ever heard of that band (to sad, shame on me) BUT some dude, postet a picture out of the vid + link on a imageboard, so i clicked on it, watched it... 30seconds in to it, i'm getting goose bumps a few seconds later, i cried... i cried becaused it touches me in a way that makes me feel good, i startet to smile an an overwhelming feeling overcomes me. i started to feel, luck, power and passion u know. i enjoyed it deeply and repeated it after and after. the last time i had such a feeling was on m83-outro.... this track, the music makes mee fell good in some sort of way, i'm a little bit depressed for some time but as soon as i listen to this, i start to watch forwards. good god i love when music hit the right spot, the right nerve and you can start imagine things!!! sometimes the ending is just the beginning! thank you so much!!!! I've been listening to Kent since their first record and I was about 12 years old then. I really think this video sums up their music very well. They are amazing at creating emotions through their music and lyrics, their music becomes more like art to me and touches you very deeply. In Sweden, Kent was a band that divided people, either you understood it or you didn't.

Just discovered this band as this video popped onto my recommended. From a composition standpoint this is truly a masterpiece. The way it builds from just a single snare drum into a full on orchestra/choir is amazing. Not only that but the way the snare is constant throughout the song but not annoying. As each new layer is added the snare fades into the background. 10/10

I will never forget you. I had dreamt of visiting and studying in Sweden ever since when I became a big fan of you (in 2007). I made awesome memories for many years with my friend who is also a big fan(it is pretty rare in South Korea) when I had bad and boring days - as many Korean secondary school students go through. And then, finally I visited Sweden last year after I graduated from university, one of my bucketlist items achieved. I traveled in many Swedish cities with their music, and bought their new album 'Tigerdrottningen' at the Pet Sounds, in Södermalm, Stockholm. (Another item left in my bucketlist(about Sweden) is to get a Ph.D. in Sweden. I hope it comes true, too.) At that time, I dreamed that they would last at least five years or more, maybe forever - in the raptures of happiness(because I bought their CD in their homeland) -. Yesterday, they came out with this video 'Då som nu för alltid'. It makes me cry. I know, I have to accept it. Yes, you guys will last forever in my mind as you are, as now. Perhaps, I will go there again this year to see their last tour. Your songs are still my pillar and keep me going when I feel tired of my days. Sadly no translation can give justice to the original lyrics... (very few Swedish ppl understand...), But the melody sticks like tar... For everyone wondering about the odd scenes throughout: I had to do a bit of reading/studying up (American, hadn't heard of the band until I saw a nod to this on Imgur): Many of the scenes are nods to the band's various album covers. On top of that, one of the flags/banners being carried is a nod not only to members of the band, but of an ethnicity within Sweden, specifically (from what I can tell) symbolizing Finnish (that is, from Finland) Swedes.

It is not the swedisch flag (Yellow on Blue) nor Finnland (Blue on White). It is a scandinavian Cross with prussian colors. The uniforms are close to those of 1800+ prussian army officer (except those white bands on the chest) and even the strange flag, with a sunlike motive (around 1:50) could be interpreted as the prussian eagle... However, I am pretty sure that the bandmembers themselves do not know this link... and if they du, I would REALY like to know, why!

@@DerRostockerGreif Hmmm...after carefully studying the flags. I am certain the "cross on white" is the Finnish flag. I also see the fleur de lis on one flag. The flag with the "sun like symbol" I cannot identify but it looks like something out of a textbook on alchemical symbolism. It would make sense that the flag is Finnish as most of the band have origins there. If you pause the video at the right moments you can see that the cross is blue (alto the very de-saturated nature of the video does not make it clear). The uniform jacket is your run of the mill school marching band jacket. Do a google image search for that term and you will see this style. Every other element in this video is related to a Kent song in some way. It would be odd if the flags did not follow this theme. It does not make any sense at all that Kent should in one way or the other reference Prussia. EDIT: Just found the "sun flag" symbol. It is the "Aten Ankh". Pause video at around 2:14 and you see it is an circle with downwards radiating lines - with an Ankh in the middle. Google image for "Aten Ankh" and you find this exact image.

@@jarls5890 Thanks for clarification. I knew that my assumption made not enough sense to be true; i just took my first impression... Black and White are strong colors often used by bands (e.g. corps-paint etc). Putting them into the light of heraldry creates sometimes interesting - but of course unintended - impressions.

Eskilstuna is also called little Finland, as many Finnish invaders came there after the Second World War. Many people in Eskilstuna therefore have relatives who were born in Finland. However, everyone in Kent is Swedish, but many of them probably also have ties to Finland.
