Can i just dump everything in a food processor or stand mixer at the start or would the steps are important individually before they combine at the end? Also how long do they last in the fridge or room temperature? Just so i know how much i should make for the week xD
Great Keto dinner rolls! Thank Vivian. Here is my easy bread loaf to share: (my household picky eaters said it is like banana bread texture. Day old bread tests good too!) 5 large eggs, room temperature 2 cups almond flour 1/2 flaxseed meal 1/2 tsp sea salt 3/4 tsp baking soda 1 tsp baking powder 1 TBSP chia seeds 1 tsp dried rosemary, crushed 2 TBSP butter, melted(or 1T each butter and olive oil) 2 TBSP Apple cider vinegar 1 tsp maple syrup Sesame seeds for garnish 1) Line a parchment paper in a loaf pan. Preheat an oven to 375°F. 2) Mix dryingredients in a large mixing bowl. Beat eggs in a small bowl. 3) Add melted butter/oil, vinegar and beatened eggs into flour; stir well. 4) Sprinkle a little sesame seeds on the bottom of prepared pan and pour mixture into the pan and level the top. Sprinkle some more sesame seeds on top. 5) Bake for 30 minutes. Test doness with a thin knife. Cool on a rack for 10 minutes; lift up the parchment paper with bread and cool on the rack more before slicing. Make 12 slices. Serve with butter or eat plain. Varietions: Replace rosemary with chopped walnuts/seeds, or sprinkle "Everything on Top of Baggles" mixed seeds.

Hey! Im curious to try this recipe out for my keto bread on top of the one in the video for comparison. Im gona use a stand mixer, do u think i can just dump wet and and dry ingredients together or is it important to keep it seperate steps?
