I also bought Dr. Hui's book - worth the money and reading it. After all, it is one's health in which no matter how much money, one cannot buy it back.

多谢教授分享,我也看过教授几年前的讲座。当时也是半信半疑。近二年也看过其他很多的讲座,有些与教授讲的理论一样。我也是一个血糖偏高到边缘境界的30年糖友。近半年开始了身同饮食,体重由155磅降低到135磅。每天大概吃三只 organic鸡蛋,四条organic Cheesestick,和大概8分蔬菜沙拉。沙拉里有pink sea salt, extra virgin olive oil,apple cider vinegar, black pepper,lime juice和罐头吞拿鱼野生三文鱼。但是因为体重太轻,想吃多一些猪肉或鸡肉。但organic 又太贵。不知教授有何提议?
