Great video - getting a car with the same engine on 855 volvo. I subscribe! Which oil did you use? I am actually wondering what oil to use for this engine, could not find any manual about this engine.

HI, oil is to VW 505.00 spec I used to use a 5W-40 fully synthetic.

They didn't sell all that well here, and don't think they were sold at all outside of Europe.

@@gunslinger135 I don't think diesel was popular enough yet. I'm sure the diesel engine would have cost more than the basic petrol one, so I guess people who would pay more would likely want the performance of the T5 and for the average buyer the fuel savings wouldn't have been worth it over the 2.5 petrol. For comparison the D5 engine in the next generation cars was the most popular option here and nearly finished sales of other engines.
