I didn’t know that you were shooting that much. You have an excellent setup going there.

I wasn't for a few weeks, but a friend of a friend has a backyard range. So now I am able to really burn through some ammo.

That looks like what Lee has.

Yes, very similar to the Lee Collator. But without the as many issues with cases going in upside down. I have a Lee Collator on my APP with the .22LR empty shell hack in the middle of the collator to help ensure cases go in mouth up. FWIW - I reached out to Double Alpha Academy about plans for a collator that would fit their case feeder. They replied they had no plans to develop one. So I had this one printed and several months later, DAA released theirs. Thanks for watching.

The reason you get upside down cases is because of the way you dump the brass in the collator. You dump them directly above the holes. doing this, there are casings that drop directly into the holes regardless their orientation at the time. The casing will drop onto the holes as you shake the collator from side to side, the bottom heavy case will position themselves to the hole bottom side first. So the cause of the brass being upside down is due to the way you dump brass onto the collator. Not when you are shaking them. I hope this helps you. If you are interested I can offer you a hack to effectively reduce the error. Let me know

What calibers does this system support? I shoot 9mm to 44 mag/45 lc. Does it support rifle cases

According to the Double Alpha website the case feeder can handle "9mm, 38S, 38SPL, 357, 0.40, 10mm, 223 and more." It will not support .45 Thanks for watching.

Would that collator work for 40 s&w?

The description for the file on Thingiverse states 9mm.

Could probably just drill up the holes? I have a 3D-printer and will try for sure (load mostly .40/10mm)
