I always enjoy your videos, I'm a dual staircase person too. Interesting room arrangements and fantastic to have several great old stoves. I enjoyed the porcupine and "light" show. He must have been very surprised. I guess I never thought of them living in such snowy, cold areas. His little winter hideaway with "moat' must have been quite nice for him.

Another cool old house. I really liked the old window looking into the addition. Both those wood cookstoves could work again no problem!!! I had that almond brown colored fridge until quite recently for my fridge. The new one has to be fixed already. Quite some very unusual wheels in the out building, very large with very thick 1/4 inch steel rims. Maybe cannon wheels in or an old fire wagon/ water wagon. That porcupine didn't like you at all with its spikes shown to you lol. Grumpy when they wake up eh?

I really think that you and other urban explorers are doing a great service by recording these videos. Some future historians will have a treasure trove to go through. You are recording a moment in time, buildings and contents that would never have been seen or appreciated. Thank you. Be careful though, I was worried about you on the stairs.

Great video I don't blame you for not going in the basement, unless you wanted to get spiked!! There might of been a hatch. I see there is a pair of wagon wheels. When I was young my father put them at the end of our driveway. Someone ended up stealing them.

Love your explores!!! Those abandon Canadian houses really seemed to hold up better than the houses down here in the United States. And one thing I love is I don't see any vandalism. Down here as soon as a home is abandon the little brats break all the windows, steal everything including the wiring and plumbing, kick out the drywall, and spray paint (tag) the house from end to end. I hate what the little punks in the UNITED STATES do to property. Canadians seem to have much more respect and care for the environment. Good luck on your future endeavors.

Another great video Brother! For some reason this house reminds me of the decline of family farming in Canada. Seems like there were either no kids or the next generation wanted nothing to do with working the land...I freaking LOVED those interior "barn" like doors in each room, can't believe the porcelain doorknobs are still there. Mr. Por-q-pine has himself some nice digs. I read that if you pulled and jiggled the knobs on those old Climax stoves they would start to shake, moan and groan

Unbelievable! This house was listed for sale in late spring/early summer for, I believe, just under or just over $100, 000. My husband and I were rural house/property shopping out in that area (towards Belleville or perhaps Campbellford, memory fails as we looked at so many houses east of Toronto) and we took a look at it (we were not allowed inside without a permit) because we were passing the area and were curious (we knew we didn't have the funds it would take to restore it) but the property is just beautiful!

the bed in the kitchen remind me of an old house that I explored once. this house I explored was at least 5000 square feet and built in the mid-eighteen hundreds and the old man that lived and died there lived in the kitchen and the only other room he used in the whole house was the small bathroom attached to the kitchen. The rest of the whole house was untouched supposably since his parents tragically died in the forties .

Very cool find, definitely a very interesting house. For such a small house I found it strange to see 2 staircases going up if you want to call that one a staircase. I think this farm could have been an Egg farm, that could explain the 3 refrigerators. I'm surprised those two vintage stoves were still in the house normally something like that is the first to go.

Awww, poor little porcupine. Hope he knows how to get out of there. Sure is a good little shitter. Wouldn't want to mess with that prickly little fellow though. Fairly new to your channel and really enjoying it. Living in Durham Region I find the local abandoned properties especially interesting. I must admit that I feel sad wondering about what circumstances lead up to their abandonment, like what happened to the owner/family/relatives, what is happening to the properties now, why have they been left to rot, who is paying the property taxes? You have to wonder eh?
