My dad did his absolute worst, my oldest sister almost died of cancer at a young age.. raising 3 girls on her own was tough but she did her best. In the last couple weeks or so I've gone back and listened to this album with headphones (I doubt I had done so prior). When I got to, "Gone", I was astonished that I had never paid much attention to the composition, and specifically the orchestration. Undoubtedly it is one of my favorites now. "Late", also blew me away with the bass, but the overall sound reminds me heavily of something MF DOOM would rap over, which I like. Still, my favorite song from this album remains, "Addiction".
